Now add a couple of tablespoons of mayonnaise, mix, and only then add red caviar (so as not to burst). 6. Salt and pepper to taste, but I advise you to add salt. After mixing everything, because. caviar and mayonnaise can give enough salt.

3. Salad from smoked chicken with potatoes

Ingredients: 150 g smoked chicken

3 potatoes

1 carrot

2-3 pickles

2 tbsp mayonnaise

1 bunch green onions

canned peas -

salt and pepper

Cooking method:

Pre-cook potatoes and carrots. Cool and clean.

Boil the eggs, cool, peel and finely chop.

Dice potatoes and carrots.

Also cut cucumbers into small cubes.

Mix potatoes, carrots and eggs. Add diced chicken and peas

Salt and pepper. Season with mayonnaise and mix everything.

Sprinkle with finely chopped green onions

4. Squid salad with egg and corn

Squid - 1kg

Egg (boiled) - 4 pcs.

Onion - 3 pcs.

Corn (canned) - 1/2 can

Walnuts(peeled) - 3-4 tbsp.

Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

Mayonnaise - optional.

Cooking method

Dip the squids in boiling salted water for 5 minutes, clean and cut into strips. Cut the eggs in the same way (I use an egg cutter - the size is just right).

Chop the onion into smaller pieces and simmer in vegetable oil until it starts to turn yellow (do not fry). Before putting the onion in the salad, the oil can be squeezed out with a spoon if dressing with mayonnaise is intended. You can leave the oil, then season with mayonnaise is not necessary.

5. Snack "Cheese balls with grapes"

blue cheese "Dor blue" ( room temperature) - 100 g,

INGREDIENTS

7. Snack for the New Year

300 gr. slightly salted salmon (or trout)

350 gr. Philadelphia cheese

1 tbsp gelatin

100 ml. cream with 20% fat

Mix cream, gelatin and leave for 5-7 minutes, so that the gelatin swells.

Heat the water almost to a boil. Put a container with gelatin and cream in hot water stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.

Finely chop the dill.

Mix cheese, dill and cream.

Cover the form (I have 20x10x10) with cling film so that the edges hang down by 10 cm. Lay out the pieces of fish overlap.

Spread half of the buttercream filling.

Put a layer of fish.

Spread the remaining half of the creamy filling.

Put in the fish pieces.

Bend the edges of the film so that the fish is completely closed. Put in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours. Before serving, cut the roll into slices 1-1.5 cm thick.

8. Cheese "Raffaello"

processed cheese - 200 g,

butter - 200 g,

garlic - 2 cloves,

olives - 1 jar,

crab sticks - 1 pack

Cheese and cold butter grate on coarse grater.

Pass the garlic through a garlic squeezer.

Mix cheese, butter and garlic until smooth.

From the resulting mass, make small balls and knead each ball so that cakes are obtained.

Put a stuffed olive in the center of the cake and connect the edges of the cake so that the olive is inside the cake.

Put the grated crab sticks on a plate and roll the finished balls in them.

9. Lavash roll with cod liver

Lavash thin - half a large one or 3 small round ones

Cod liver - 1 jar (190 g)

Boiled eggs - 2 pcs.

Chopped parsley - 2 tbsp. spoons

Green onion - feathers of 1 onion

Hard cheese - 125 g

Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp. spoons

Ground black pepper

For the filling, three eggs and cheese on a coarse grater. Finely chop the greens. Drain the oil from the liver, and chop the liver itself with a fork. Mix everything, add mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste.

We overlap three small pita bread. So that they do not delaminate later, they can be lightly greased with mayonnaise.

Put the stuffing on the pita bread and roll tightly into a roll. The roll turned out to be long and I cut it in half. I wrapped each half in foil and put the pita roll in the refrigerator.

Before serving, cut the pita roll into slices and place on a plate.

10. Trout with caviar sauce

Ingredients

lemon juice

Trout fillet (or salmon) - 400 grams

Olive oil - half a teaspoon

For sauce:

Red caviar - two teaspoons

Cream 22% - 100 milliliters

Dry white wine - one tablespoon

The trout fillet must be cut into two portioned pieces.

Pepper a little, salt, lightly sprinkle lemon juice on top.

Up to 170 C it is necessary to heat the oven. Grease a baking dish with a little olive oil and place the prepared pieces of fish in it.

Pour a little water on top, carefully cover the top of the mold with foil and place it in the oven for about 15-20 minutes.

To prepare the sauce for such fish, it is necessary to carefully pour the wine into the saucepan, then, stirring thoroughly, add the prepared cream

On a medium-high heat, stirring constantly, bring the mixture to a fairly thick mass. Salt and pepper a little.

Remove cooked sauce from heat, add caviar to lightly warm sauce and gently mix everything so that the eggs are evenly distributed in the sauce.

Carefully transfer the finished fish to plates and pour the prepared sauce on top.

Chicken "Stump"

Baguette - 1 piece

Chicken fillet - 500 g

Onion - 1 pc.

Garlic - 1 tooth.

Champignons - 6 pcs

Cream (20%) - 5 tbsp. l.

Tomato - 1 pc.

Cheese - 100 g

Sour cream - 2 tbsp. l.

Vegetable oil (for frying)

Butter (for frying)

Spices (thyme, basil, parsley, marjoram) - 0.5 tbsp. l.

Salt (to taste)

Black pepper (to taste)

Chicken fillet (it is better to take meat from the thigh, it will be juicier) can be chopped in a meat grinder, but I chopped it finely.

Purified onion cut into small cubes and fry in a pan with the addition of vegetable oil until golden brown.

Cut the bar across into several pieces of 5 centimeters. Carefully remove the crumb with a sharp knife.

Mix minced chicken with fried onions, add spices, garlic, salt, mix and stuff the loaf with this mixture.

Peel mushrooms, cut into thin slices.

Fry in vegetable + butter until golden brown, add cream, a little salt and stew a little.

Pour mushroom sauce over stumps.

Cut the tomato, put it on the mushrooms and pour over the sour cream

Grate cheese and sprinkle on top.

Bake in the oven at 200-220*C for 25-30 minutes.

12. Potato gratin

1 kg potatoes

100 g sour cream

2 cups cream

2-3 garlic cloves

1/4 tsp nutmeg

salt and pepper

Peel potatoes, cut into thin slices.

Lay the potatoes in a form, like fish scales. Salt and pepper each layer.

Finely chop the garlic. Add it to cream. Mix well.

Lightly whip the cream with sour cream, salt a little and add freshly ground nutmeg.

Pour cream over potatoes and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Preheat oven to 200 C degrees. Bake for about 1 hour.

How to cook:

2. For the cream, combine milk and cream in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Mix the yolks with sugar and temper the mixture with hot milk. Cool down. Whisk butter with condensed milk and add to custard. Coat the cakes with cream.
