5. We breed jelly from a bag according to the instructions. You can take any other, if there is no cherry flavor.

4. We take out the cooled cake from the mold, remove the paper and return it back.

5. Break the chocolate into pieces, melt half in a water bath, chop the rest finer and pour it into the curd. Then pour the melted mass, mix.

6. Now melt the gelatin and also pour it into the cottage cheese.

7. It remains only to stir everything well, pour into a detachable form over the cake, leave for 5-6 hours.

5. If the strawberries are small, then use them whole. If the berries are large, then cut in half or quarters.

6. Cut the jelly. You can make pieces of arbitrary shape and size, but not very large.

7. Add melted gelatin to the curd, shake thoroughly, then pour the jelly and fruit. We stir.

8. We shift it all into a bowl covered with cling film. You can take a detachable form of a small size. We are waiting for the dessert to harden.

This cake is beautifully laid out. The dessert is very bright, sunny and fragrant.

Ingredients

1 sachet orange jelly;

3 oranges;

500 g of cottage cheese;

15 g of gelatin;

1 st. sour cream;

Sugar to taste.

Cooking

1. Dilute orange or lemon jelly according to the instructions, cool and pour into a detachable form. You can use a bowl, but with a flat bottom. Put in the refrigerator to chill.

2. We breed for now regular gelatin with 50 ml of water, let it swell.

3. Peel the oranges, cut into even circles up to 0.5 cm. It should turn out beautiful slices with sectors.

4. Put the circles of oranges on the frozen jelly. We choose the most beautiful pieces.

5. Combine cottage cheese with sour cream, beat, add sugar to taste, add melted gelatin.

6. Carefully pour the oranges on top. We try not to move the pieces.

7. The remaining oranges can be cut into smaller pieces and scattered on top, slightly deepening into the curd. We send the cake to harden.

Cottage cheese jelly cake with gelatin

Another recipe simple cake which does not require baking. Cookies can be used any, but soft is better, you can use chocolate flavor.

Ingredients

300 g of cookies;

400 g sour cream;

150 g of sugar;

1.5 st. l. gelatin;

100 g of chocolate;

400 g of cottage cheese.

Cooking

1. Combine gelatin and 50 g of cold water, stir, leave for 30 minutes.

2. We combine cottage cheese and sour cream, throw granulated sugar, stir. If needed, the cake can be made sweeter.

3. Now you need to melt the gelatin, mix with cottage cheese.

4. We cover the mold with cling film, make a curd layer of about 0.5 cm.

5. Lay out a layer of cookies. Again cottage cheese, then cookies. Pour the rest of the cream on top.

6. We put the cake to harden.

7. Chocolate needs to be melted and cooled.

8. We take out the cake from the mold, turning it over onto a dish. Pour melted chocolate icing. Let stand for another quarter of an hour and delicious dessert ready!

Melting gelatin in a microwave oven is easier, but in a water bath it turns out better.

It is impossible for the jelly to boil, let alone boil. Dessert will not harden after that.

If the cake does not want to harden, this cannot be fixed. An option is to spread the mass into small bowls, decorate with grated chocolate, nuts, coconut flakes and serve such a dessert.
