Children bake cookies. Shortbread cookies for kids

These are cookies from the category "Quick and tasty!"

You will need:

  • 1.5 cups flour
  • 50 g cl. oils
  • 0.75 cup sugar
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanillin
  • 1 egg
  • 3 art. spoons of milk
  • cherry

Beat butter with sugar and vanilla sugar. Add egg and milk. Mix well.

Add sifted flour and baking powder, knead the dough. I added about 2.5 cups of flour and kneaded a stiff dough so that the cookies did not melt.

I made balls from the dough and pressed a dried cherry along the bottom (you can make jam or compote cherries, or fresh cherries, or raisins, or other dried fruits) into them and put them in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.

During this time, my oven warmed up. Bake for 15-20 minutes.

Place on baking sheet 4-5cm apart. The top of them is not browned, but the bottom is still like, so the cookies are quite ready. I overexposed it a little, baked it for 5 minutes longer.

? 2. Cookies "Gentle"

There are a lot of cookies, they are light, crumbly and just melt in your mouth!
How I liked it! Words just can't express...

You will need:

  • 200 g creamy margarine

  • 3 teaspoons dry yeast
  • 3-4 st. spoons of mayonnaise

  • powdered sugar
  • vanilla sugar

Add salt, softened butter and margarine to the sifted flour (4 cups) and grind until crumbly.

Pour yeast into mayonnaise, mix and leave for 5 minutes.

Add to the butter-flour mixture and knead the dough. If the dough is too crumbly, add more mayonnaise.

Turn out onto a floured board and knead the flour into a ball.
Divide the dough into 3 parts and roll the rollers 3 cm thick, cut it into pieces and roll them into balls with a diameter of 2.5-3 cm.

Place on parchment-lined baking sheet.

Lightly press the balls with a fork.

Bake in an oven preheated to 250 degrees for 20 minutes, until pale golden.
Sprinkle the finished cookies immediately powdered sugar mixed with vanilla sugar.

Happy tea!

? 3. Coconut cookies

Very tasty, crumbly, soft and fragrant coconut cookies!

  • 80 gr sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 280 gr flour
  • 50 gr coconut flakes
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 tsp ground ginger

Topping:

  • 50g coconut flakes

Cooking:

Beat the softened margarine with sugar, add the egg and beat well again.
Mix all dry ingredients and add gradually to the egg-margarine mass.
The dough will be sticky. Cover with cling film and put in the fridge for an hour.

Preheat oven to 175C.

Divide the dough into 5 equal parts.

Sprinkle the table with flour and roll out thin bundles from each part, about 1 cm in diameter and cut each bundle into 10 parts.

Pour coconut flakes into a plate and roll each bar in shavings, then spread on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.

Bake until browned!

The recipe said 12 minutes, but it took me a little longer.

Happy tea!

P.S. I used margarine instead butter and baked at 200 C (but these are the features of ovens, everyone has different ways). More coconut flakes I had a very small one, maybe. so the cookies turned out so tender ...

? 4. Sesame cookies (for 5 minutes)

And the cookies are delicious, they smell like seeds ...

  • 1.5 cups (210 g) self-refining flour
  • 1 tbsp (200 g) sugar
  • 2 large(L) eggs
  • 5 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 250 g sesame seeds
  • 1-2 tbsp lemon juice

Oven-180 gr (middle shelf + airflow)
Baking time - 15-20 minutes (depending on the oven and how crispy you want the cookies to be)

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Make small balls from the dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. The distance between the balls should be 2-3 cm.
3. Bake until brown, cool and store (if there is anything left to store) in a tightly closed jar.

Note:

Usually these cookies “spread” a little when baking ... This time I made cookies, put them on a baking sheet ... and kept them in the “standby” mode for almost an hour (the oven was just busy) .. and now, after almost an hour of proofing, the cookies are in the oven did not spread, but remained practically in its original form ... So .. "think for yourself, decide for yourself" ...

P.S. It took me a little more flour, the flour was ordinary + 0.5 tsp. soda, I also dipped them on top in sesame seeds.

? 5. Diamond cookies

Cookies just melt in your mouth - crispy crust and tender crumbly core!

You will need:

  • Drain. oil. ( room temperature) - 230 g
  • Powdered sugar (important! not sugar) - 105 g
  • Flour - 330 g
  • Vanilla essence - 0.5 tsp.
  • Salt - 0.25 tsp.
  • Sugar (for sprinkling)
  • Egg - 1 pc.

Butter at room temperature mixes well with powdered sugar to a creamy mass. You can do this with a culinary spatula, or you can use a mixer, you don’t need to beat it especially.

I must say right away that the presence of powder is mandatory - with sugar you will not get such a delicate dough structure.

Add salt, vanilla extract and sifted flour to the butter mixture.
Knead soft and soft dough again with a spatula or on a combine.

We form small sausages with a diameter of 2 cm from the dough, but I recommend a length of no more than 15-20 cm, for further convenience.

We send sausages from the dough in the refrigerator until completely solidified, ideally at night. The longer it stays in the refrigerator, the more convenient it will be to work with - this is already from my own experience.
(I put them in the freezer for 15 minutes)

We take out the frozen sausages. Mix the egg well (no need to beat) and generously grease each sausage with it.

Let's start making cookies. Cut each sausage in small pieces 2 cm thick. I recommend preparing a very sharp and thin knife for these purposes in advance. This is what the dough looks like in a cut.
We grease the baking sheet with oil, carefully lay out the blanks of our cookies on it.

We put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-22 minutes. It is better not to go far from the oven, as soon as the cookies are browned - take them out.

Happy tea!

? 6. Oatmeal Stuffed Cookies

Never loved oat cookies, but these cookies are just delicious: tasty, crumbly, soft, and even stuffed!

Dough:

  • 200 g plums. oils (room temperature)
  • 150 g oatmeal
  • 150 g sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 eggs

Filling:
2 apples
sugar to taste

Beat softened butter with sugar.
Add eggs one at a time. Whisk.
Add cereal, stir.
Add flour with baking powder. Knead the dough.

It took me more flour, the dough is better to make cool.
Put the dough in the refrigerator for half an hour.

For filling: peel the apples, cut into quarters, remove the core, cut into small cubes.

Stew in a pan with sugar (I with honey). Let cool.

Take a piece of dough, make a cake, put the filling.

Pinch the edges and form into a ball.

Then I sent them to the freezer for 15 minutes (so that they don’t blur with me), during which time the oven warmed up.

Place cookies on a baking sheet and bake at temp. 180 C 20 minutes.

P.S. The cookies turn out delicious if the oatmeal is pre-fried in a dry frying pan for 3-5 minutes.

And I forgot to do that! My oven didn't want to brown the top.

The cookies are very tasty, especially the children liked it, and adults too ...

? 7. Cookies "Champignons"

First of all, these cookies attracted me with their unusual view, then the cooking method, and then ... the taste: crumbly, melting in your mouth!

Required:

  • 1 pack of butter (250-300 gr)
  • 1 st. sugar powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 dessert spoon cocoa
  • 4 tbsp. corn starch (you can use 2 tbsp starch and 2 tbsp flour)
  • 0.5 st. flour
  • 1 tsp. soda

If you don't have starch or if you prefer shortbread dough That…

  • 100gr. margarine,
  • 0.5 stack Sahara,
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons of starch, + 2 cups of flour,
  • 0.5 tsp soda.
  • 1 dessert spoon of cocoa

We heat the oven to 180 degrees.

Whisk in a bowl soft butter with powdered sugar (can be with sugar if there is no powder), then add the eggs. We beat with a whisk.

Separately, combine flour, starch, soda in a bowl and gradually add to the butter egg mixture, kneading until the state of the test.

We cover the baking sheet with baking paper.

Ready dough cut into balls, size walnut. Pour cocoa into a bowl, take a clean, dry empty bottle. Dip the neck of the bottle in cocoa, then take a ball of dough and lightly press it into the neck of the bottle so that part of the dough is in the neck of the bottle, twist it once and take it out and form a mushroom and put it on a baking sheet leaving a place between the fungi (in the baking process the volume will increase).

Bake for 20-25 minutes. The cookies are soft and fluffy...

Toddlers up to a year actively taste the world, and also develop independence skills. According to WHO recommendations, complementary foods for natural (breastfed) children are introduced after 6 months. Somewhere at this time, the first tooth appears along with the desire to gnaw. At the same time, the skills of moving objects (to which they reached) in space with their handles are honed.
