Today I hasten to tell you how to cook meat balls in puff pastry. Many still call them "balls", "grandmother's balls", "ball of threads", etc. Be sure to cook the meat balls in the dough, especially if your family is no longer surprised regular cutlets. These cutlets in the dough will definitely become adorable and your family will definitely ask you to cook them more than once.

  • Minced meat - 800-900 gr.
  • Puff pastry - 0.5 pack. (250 gr.)
  • Yolk - 1 pc.

I will make a reservation right away if you need to cook large quantity meat balls in the dough, you take more mince and, accordingly, puff pastry. We had about 1 kg of minced meat, so 12 meat balls were cooked and ½ pack of puff yeast-free dough was used for the “winding”.

Potatoes, washed and peeled, boil until soft. To speed up the process, cut the tubers into small slices.

Drain the water and then puree the contents of the pan by adding the butter and gradually pouring in the milk. We bring the potato mass to a smooth and homogeneous state, salt to taste, cool.

To the cooled puree, add cheese, grated with large chips, stir.

Let's start molding. Pinch off a piece of potato about the size of large plum, roll up a kolobok. Roll the formed ball in flour on all sides.

Next, dip the workpiece into a liquid mixture consisting of a beaten egg, 2 tablespoons of water and a pinch of salt.

Breaded in breadcrumbs - roll generously in crumbs, do not leave gaps.

After new year holidays many face the problem of heaviness in the abdomen, and it is not surprising. Usually the table for the New Year is just bursting with delicacies, it is very difficult to resist and not try a little bit of everything.

For many years now, I have been trying to cook only light and healthy meals for the holidays. I want to offer you a very tasty and healthy New Year's snack "Yolochki" from avocado and cucumber. This snack is lean, vegetarian and raw, the ingredients are not cooked and keep all their vitamins intact.

  • 1 avocado;
  • 1 cucumber;
  • onion;
  • red sweet pepper - for decoration;
  • salt - to taste;
  • lemon.

To prepare the Yolochki appetizer, we will need to make guacamole sauce. The main ingredients of guacamole are avocado, lemon juice and salt. I added onion, it also works well with garlic and cilantro.

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit. Take out the pulp with a teaspoon.

Sprinkle the avocado pulp with lemon juice (I use about a quarter of a lemon), salt. Blend with an immersion blender along with onions.

Should be uniform thick puree delicate green color.

Transfer the guacamole to cream injector. It is very important that there is not a single piece of onion or avocado in the sauce, this will ruin the look of the Christmas tree snack.
