Ingredients:

Four large potatoes;

head of garlic;

50 grams of mayonnaise;

50 grams of sour cream

Boil potatoes in their skins. While it has not cooled down, peel it, mash it. Add peeled and chopped garlic to potatoes.

Gradually beat mayonnaise, salt and sour cream into potatoes.

Ingredients:

Two long cucumbers;

Two small tomatoes;
