Ingredients

To cook sour cream in a slow cooker, you will need:

Sour cream recipe in a slow cooker

For the first cake, combine two eggs and half a glass of powdered sugar.

With a mixer, beat the eggs with powdered sugar into a fluffy foam.

In a separate bowl, mix a glass of flour with cocoa powder and add one and a half teaspoons of baking powder. Pour flour with additives into the egg mass.

Add 250 ml of sour cream.

The dough for the first sour cream cake should be quite thick and cannot be kneaded with a hand mixer. Therefore, we take an ordinary tablespoon and, mixing all the ingredients, knead a thick dough.

Put pitted raisins into the dough.

Lubricate the multicooker bowl with vegetable oil and pour the dough. We turn on the “baking” mode, set the time to one hour, close the lid of the multicooker and press the “start” button.

While the multicooker bakes the first cake layer, prepare the dough for the second layer. Knead the dough for the second cake in the same way as for the first. Only we do not add cocoa to the flour, but instead of raisins we put dried apricots cut into small pieces.

An hour later, we have the first cake for sour cream - chocolate with raisins. Open the lid of the multicooker, take out the bowl and turn it over onto the steaming basket. Since the bowl has been pre-greased with vegetable oil, the cake should very easily move away from the bottom of the bowl. Leave it on the basket to cool, and in the meantime pour the dough for the second cake into the bowl. We bake the second cake in the same mode as the first.

Ready-made cake layers can be simply smeared with sour cream whipped with sugar. For the above ingredients, you will need to take an additional 500 ml of sour cream. And so it turns out an ordinary sour cream. Let's grease the cake layers not with sour cream, but with custard. For the cream, put the flour, sugar and drive in the egg into the pan.

Grind all the ingredients well.

We add milk. Cook the custard over very low heat, stirring constantly.

When the cream thickens well, put the butter. Stirring over low heat, wait until the butter melts. Once the butter has completely melted, remove the pan from the heat and set aside.

Cut the chocolate cake with raisins into two halves, leave the cake with dried apricots whole.
Advice. To make the cakes in the cake softer, before greasing with custard, they should be soaked in sugar syrup. To prepare the syrup, mix sugar and water in equal proportions, pour half a glass of water into half a glass of sugar and cook over a fire until the sugar melts. For taste, you can add rum, cognac or liquor. We soak the sour cream cakes with the finished syrup.

We coat the first part of the chocolate cake with custard.

We put a cake with dried apricots on it and grease it with cream.

Put the second part of the chocolate cake on top.

At first, this also seemed strange to me, but when I tried to do it, I realized that they would be superfluous, as they dry out the dough, and the basis for such a miracle should be tender and airy. But less words and more action, let's get down to cooking. First, about one hour before the start of the process, spread the butter on the countertop and give it the opportunity to soften. Then, with a kitchen knife, divide it into small cubes or sticks and send them to a deep bowl. Pour all the granulated sugar there and put the dishes under the blades of the mixer.

We turn on the kitchen appliance at medium speed and begin to beat these ingredients until a homogeneous loose mass, it is possible with grains, pay attention to this 5–7 minutes.

Then we add all the sour cream to the butter mixture, preferably the highest fat content, as you understand, 20% is not the limit, the richer the dairy product, the better! We shake everything until the sugar crystals are completely dissolved and splendor at medium speed, gradually increasing the mixer speed to the highest level, it will take good 10–15 minutes, although it all depends on the power of the technique.

Step 2: prepare the dough and cream.


Then we divide the sweet sour cream-butter mass into 2 equal portions, one of which we send to a clean, dry bowl, tighten it with plastic cling film and put it in the refrigerator until use - this is a cream. In the second part, add baking powder, a little pure vanillin and begin to sift the right amount of wheat flour through a sieve with a fine mesh, while kneading a homogeneous dough of medium density.

Step 3: Bake the base for the cake.


Then, using a baking brush, grease the bottom, as well as the walls of the Teflon bowl with a thin layer of vegetable oil.

After that, we fix it in the recesses of the multicooker, helping ourselves with a tablespoon, transfer the finished dough there, insert the plug of the kitchen appliance into the socket and close it tightly. We bake biscuit with sour cream 80 minutes (60+20 minutes) in a Panasonic multicooker.

On a note: no baking powder on hand? Not scary. You can prepare its analogue. Simply dilute one teaspoon of baking soda with a little bit of vinegar, and pour the mixture into the dough. The cake will turn out just as fluffy as when using regular baking powder.

Step 2

Grease the bowl of the multicooker well with a piece of butter, sprinkle with wheat flour on top. This is done so that the biscuit with sour cream in our slow cooker does not stick to the bottom.

If our cream recipe seems too sweet for you, you can easily reduce the amount of sugar by half.

The future cream must be whipped until the sugar crystals are completely dissolved. At the same time, the whipping process should not exceed ten minutes, since in this case the sour cream will begin to separate water.

We remove the finished mass in the refrigerator to cool for twenty minutes.

Step 4

When the multicooker signals the end of cooking, carefully remove the cake from the bowl using a steaming container, let it cool a little (about 5 minutes), and put the light side on the bottom of the multicooker.

We bake for 10 minutes in the “Baking” mode, after which we finally take it out and let it cool completely.

Step 5

Why do we call sour cream both cake and pie in the recipe? Because the resulting cake is universal - you can serve it right away with tea as a cake, or, with a little fiddling, turn it into a delicious cake with a snow-white finish.

Depending on your desire, the cake can be cut into 2 or, if you want to get a taller cake, into 4 parts.

All cakes are alternately smeared with sour cream, in addition to this, the last cake is smeared with cream both on top and on the sides, so that outwardly we get a snow-white cake.

On a note: optionally, along with the cream between the biscuit cakes, you can put additional additives - nuts, candied fruits, or fresh berries. In this case, the recipe does not limit you at all.

Step 6

The finishing touch remains. Grate half a bar of chocolate on a fine grater (see photo), and generously decorate the top of the sour cream to make the cake even more beautiful.

In pursuit, add coconut flakes (however, if you do not like its taste, then you can do without it). You can come up with your own recipe for decorating a dessert, based only on personal tastes.

  6. Cut the cooled cake in half. We coat one half with cream, put the second, we also apply a creamy mass on top and on the sides. Ready dessert can be decorated with berries or chocolate chips.

Cooking with condensed milk

Today there are different options for making sour cream, including those based on condensed milk.

For the recipe, we take plain white condensed milk without any additives.

Dough Ingredients:

  • 1 st. sour cream;
  • half a glass of condensed milk;
  • two eggs;
  • teaspoon of soda;
  • 2 tbsp. flour;
  • 1 st. sweet sand.

For cream:

  • a can of ordinary condensed milk;
  • a spoonful of butter;
  • h. spoon of coffee.

Cooking method:

  1. Beat the eggs with the sweetener until the sweet particles are completely dissolved. Then pour in the condensed milk and sour cream, mix.
  2. We introduce flour, add slaked soda, knead the dough and bake the base in a slow cooker, setting the "Baking" mode for an hour.
  3. For cream, take a teaspoon of instant coffee and dilute it with a spoonful of water. After, combine with soft butter and condensed milk.
  4. We cut the finished cooled sour cream into two cakes, coat with cream and give time to soak.

Recipe with chocolate

If you prefer chocolate pastries, then you can bake a sour cream pie with cocoa or add a melted chocolate bar.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp. sour cream;
  • 1.5 st. sweet sand;
  • 1 st. with a hill of flour;
  • two tablespoons of cocoa;
  • three eggs;
  • h. spoon of soda.

Cooking method:

  1. The multicooker bowl can be immediately coated with oil and installed in the appliance.
  2. From the total number of ingredients, we measure half of the sour cream and half of the sweetener, combine, beat in the eggs and beat.
  3. After, we fall asleep flour with a ripper and cocoa, mix the chocolate dough.
  4. Pour it into a bowl and bake the base for an hour (Baking mode).
  5. Mix the remaining fermented milk product and sweet sand, you can put vanillin for flavor.

Poppy sour cream can be baked not only with poppy seeds, but also add some nuts to the composition.

Dough Ingredients:

  • incomplete glass of sour cream;
  • 0.5 tsp ripper;
  • incomplete glass of sweet sand;
  • half a glass of poppy;
  • incomplete glass of flour;
  • two eggs.

For cream:

  • 110 g nuts;
  • 90 ml sour cream;
  • sweet sand to taste.

Cooking method:

  1. We break the eggs into the bowl, add the sweetener and pour in the fermented milk product. Immerse the beaters of the mixer and beat the mass until smooth.
  2. Then we add flour, poppy seeds and a ripper, mix and bake the poppy seed cake in a slow cooker for 50 minutes in the “Baking” program. After the signal, turn the cake over and cook for another 15 minutes.
  3. For cream, put a sweetener to taste in sour cream, add chopped nuts.
  4. Lubricate the cakes with the resulting composition and sprinkle the dessert with poppy seeds or nuts.

With apples, berries and nuts

If you have purchased such a miracle technique, then try baking sour cream in it. The recipe is simple, the products are affordable, and the dessert itself is very tasty. Especially if you cook sour cream with fruits, berries and nuts.

Ingredients:

  • a glass of sweetener;
  • 125 g margarine;

Delicious sour cream can be prepared with any cream. If you love cottage cheese, then impregnation can be made from it. For a beautiful presentation, decorate the finished dessert with icing, and then you get a real sour cream cake.

Dough Ingredients:

  • 1 st. thick sour cream;
  • 2 tbsp. flour;
  • 125 g margarine;
  • for a teaspoon of ripper and vanilla.

For cream:

  • one and a half packs of cottage cheese;
  • one and a half glasses of sour cream;
  • up to 100 g of sweet sand;
  • tsp vanilla.

For glaze:

  • 55 g butter;
  • 65 ml of milk;
  • two spoons of sweet sand;
  • two tablespoons of cocoa;
  • ¼ cans of condensed milk.

Cooking method:

  1. First of all, rub the sweetener with eggs, pour in the melted butter, add sour cream and add all the dry ingredients for the dough. Mix everything thoroughly.
  2. In the “Baking” mode, bake sour cream for 65 minutes.
  3. At this time, we will make the cream. Everything is simple here: grind sweet sand with sour cream, curd product and vanilla until smooth.
  4. We cut the finished cake into two or three parts and coat well with cream.

  3. Mix sour cream with any berries and sweetener.
  4. We soak the finished cake with berry cream and decorate as you wish.
