No one will refuse the lightest dish that can be prepared from the liver - soufflé, a fragrant dish that cooks very quickly.

Ingredients:

  • chicken liver - 320 gr
  • flour - 200 gr
  • garlic clove - 2 pcs
  • salt pepper
  • onion - 2 pcs
  • light mayonnaise - a tablespoon
  • milk - 155 gr
  • parsley
  • sunflower oil

Prepare a frying pan in which the onions and liver are placed. Do not fry for a long time so that the liver does not dry out. Turkey fillet in creamy sauce you can cook for the New Year 2016 like this. Wash 700–800 g of turkey fillet in one piece, dry with a towel, rub with salt and pepper. Pour 350 ml of dry white wine. Boil the sauce. Divide the average head of cabbage into large inflorescences, cut 4–5 small red onions into half rings, 2–3 carrots into thick strips, 200 g of pineapple pulp into cubes. Reduce the remaining sauce by half, if the sauce turns sour, flavor with a pinch of powdered sugar. Pear pie. Recipe. 2 strong pears, peeled, cut into thin sticks. Boil for 5 minutes in a small amount of water with 3 tbsp. l. sugar, 2 cloves, vanilla and 1-2 boxes of cardamom, let stand. Grind 200 g of cottage cheese with 2 yolks, 3 tbsp. l. sugar and a pinch of vanilla. Beat 2 egg whites with 2 tbsp. l. sugar, add to them 150 g of flour and 0.5 tsp. baking powder and mix gently. Spread the form with butter, sprinkle with crumbs of finely grated cookies, preferably with cinnamon. Put pears at the bottom, then cottage cheese, then dough. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 1800C.
