Grate the cheese and decorate the neck of the bottle with grated cheese. Decorate the bottle with finely chopped dill. From the remaining slices of cheese, cut out stars; you can use a pastry bag to write letters from mayonnaise.

Ingredients:

  • boiled veal - 200 gr.

  • hard cheese -100 gr.

Cut the beef into thin strips, fry in olive oil. Fry over moderate heat until the meat is tender.

Cut the red onion into rings, cut the tomatoes in half.

If you don't love fresh onion, you can pre-marinate it: for 10 minutes, pour cold water from 1 st. l. vinegar and a pinch of sugar. The bitterness will go away and the onion will become a pleasant taste.

Shrimp salad "Ocean"

Incredibly tasty salad with shrimp, besides beautiful and quite suitable for a festive New Year's table. I cook such a salad in portioned salad bowls, and although not everyone loves seafood, it is eaten without a trace.

Ingredients (for 6 servings):

  • shrimp - 200 gr.
  • cheese - 150 gr.
  • tomato - 2 pcs.
  • eggs 3 pcs.
  • mayonnaise, salt - to taste
  • dill for decoration

We put the salad immediately in portions to each in separate salad bowls in layers.

We rub the eggs on a coarse grater. This will be the 1st layer. Salt a little and coat lightly with mayonnaise.

Ingredients:

  • crab sticks - 250 gr.
  • red caviar - 150 gr.

Boil squids in salted water, cool and cut into thin strips. Crab sticks cut into cubes. Boil the eggs, separate the whites from the yolks. For those who recognize vegetarian food and just for a change, this recipe will be just right. Light and low-calorie, and most importantly - without mayonnaise

Ingredients:

  • a bunch of beetroot leaves or 5-6 red cabbage leaves
  • pomegranate -1/2 pcs.
  • red grapes - 100 gr.
  • tangerines - 2 pcs.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • pomegranate seeds - 2 tbsp. l.
  • apple - 1 pc.
  • pecans (can be replaced with any other) - ½ cup
  • Apple vinegar- 2 tbsp. l.
  • coriander, salt, pepper, turmeric - to taste

To decorate a salad from a slice white bread cut out a star with a knife or a cookie cutter. Fry the bread in vegetable oil and leave to cool.
