Cooking:

For salad we use sweet juicy pepper. Bell peppers are great for this salad. Cut it into large pieces.

Cut the tomatoes into slices. Cherry tomatoes can be cut into two halves.

We chop large cucumbers.

We cut the “feta” very gently and put it in the salad last.

Lettuce leaves are torn off piece by piece.

We chop the onion with a crescent.

At the bottom of a beautiful plate lay out whole leaves of green salad. We scatter all our vegetables on them: tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, onions, sweet peppers. Also carefully lay out the cheese.

Ingredients:

  • 150 g white loaf,
  • 9-12 king prawns
  • 6-9 pcs cherry tomato,
  • 3-6 tbsp Caesar salad dressing
  • 3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove of garlic and a bunch of lettuce,
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil.

How to prepare salad:

The salad is prepared before serving so that the croutons do not get soggy.

We cut the white loaf into small cubes or sticks, sprinkle with garlic chopped through a press (or the loaf can be grated with garlic), salt (the loaf can be grated with garlic), sprinkle with vegetable oil, mix and put on a baking sheet, put in an oven heated to 150 degrees and dry until crisp .

We clean the defrosted shrimp, lightly fry on both sides in a pan with oil until lightly browned on each side.

We tear the lettuce leaves with our hands into medium pieces, put them on a dish, pour over the third dressing, sprinkle the third of the cheese, put the tomatoes cut into halves on top, pour over the sauce, sprinkle with cheese, put the shrimp on top, croutons on them, pour over the sauce, sprinkle with cheese.

Ingredients:

  • eggplant - 2 pcs,
  • tomatoes - 6-7 pieces,
  • bulb - 1 piece,
  • garlic - 2-3 pieces,
  • greens - a bunch,
  • salt - to taste,
  • black pepper, spices - to taste,
  • balsamic white vinegar - to taste,
  • vegetable oil - to taste.

Cooking:

We take eggplant and tomatoes in a ratio of 1: 3. Eggplant cut into cubes and boil for 10 minutes in salted water, pull out with a slotted spoon. It is necessary to remove their bitterness, but not boil them.

Fry the eggplant in a pan until tender. Cool down.

Cut the tomatoes and mix with eggplant.

Add finely chopped onion, dill, grated garlic, salt, black pepper. We fill with balsamic white vinegar (you can apple) and sunflower, or olive, oil.

Salad "Olivier" classic with sausage, fresh and pickled cucumbers

Ingredients:

  • 300 g mayonnaise,
  • 200 g low-fat boiled sausage,
  • black pepper and salt,
  • potatoes - 5 pcs.,
  • fresh greens,
  • carrot - 1-2 pieces,
  • 300 g canned green peas
  • eggs - 6 pcs,
  • fresh cucumbers - 2 pcs.,
  • pickled cucumbers - 2 pcs.,
  • olives - to decorate the salad.

Thoroughly wash the potatoes and carrots with a brush. We put the vegetables in a saucepan, fill with water so that it completely covers them, and put on fire. Cook for 20 minutes over medium heat. Then drain the water, and pour the vegetables with cold water. And again - we drain the water.

Place the eggs in a small saucepan, fill them with water and salt. Cook over low heat for ten minutes. Drain and immediately place under cold running water.

Peel potatoes, cut into cubes. We clean the carrots and cut them in the same way.

Wash fresh cucumbers, dry and chop into small pieces.

Grind the peeled eggs - using an egg cutter.

We cut the boiled sausage in the same way as the rest of the products.

Onion and greens - rinse. Finely shred.

Open a jar of peas, drain the marinade.

All chopped products and peas - put in a deep bowl, pepper, salt, add mayonnaise and mix gently.

Spread. We decorate. Salad ready!
