Choosing food for a picnic is an important and very responsible task that needs to be taken seriously. Bad Choice dishes threatens not only with a spoiled mood, health can also suffer. Some products spoil rather quickly in the heat, and in principle it is not recommended to take them outdoors. Other dishes cannot stand shaking and transportation, sometimes they are simply inconvenient to eat, making do with the minimum of cutlery and furniture that they usually take with them.

Picnic sandwiches seem to be the safest option. And you can supplement them with fragrant shish kebab or ribs on the grill.

But picnic sandwiches (the photo below shows how appetizing they can be made) also need to be able to cook properly. How can you ruin this simple snack? Very simple. Bread can get wet from mayonnaise or chopped tomatoes, or, conversely, dry out, greens - wither, sausage and cheese - weathered. In general, the longer an appetizer sits, the more likely it is that picnic sandwiches will turn, at least outwardly, into something very indigestible.

How to avoid such a situation? The first option: we prepare everything exactly five minutes before leaving the house, pack it, and immediately go / go to nature. Provided that the travel time does not exceed 20-30 minutes, and you immediately set the table on the spot, the snacks will remain quite attractive.

Another option is a little more complicated: we take all the ingredients with us and cook on the spot. There are a lot of advantages here: picnic sandwiches will be fresh and not wrinkled, the table can not be set immediately, but, for example, when everyone walks through the woods or swims, all participants can be involved in the cooking process and everyone will be able to cook "their dream sandwich". However, if you decide to cook a snack on the spot, you need to know in advance what products and in what form to bring with you.

So, we take the basis for any sandwich - black and white sliced ​​bread. Slices can be slightly dried. We take a lot of bread - this is the most desired product, which also tends to end quickly. for a picnic can be any, because it is for them that we select the rest of the ingredients. Be sure to take the sausage and cheese, even if you don't like it classic combination, among your friends there will definitely be at least one adherent traditional dishes. We also take vegetables: cucumbers, tomatoes, radishes, peppers, onions. They must be washed, but whole. Greens - parsley, dill, cilantro - wash and put in a separate bag. We pay special attention sandwich masses- these are special mixtures of different products that are spread on bread. They need to be prepared in advance, for example, 2-3 hours before going out, and laid out according to plastic containers. Be sure to take mayonnaise (many picnic sandwiches are prepared with this sauce), butter, canned food (tuna, great for snacks), gherkins, olives. All this variety can be supplemented with meat and fish delicacies in cutting.
