Roll out puff pastry into a layer 5-7 mm thick. Cut a piece of dough into small rectangles. From the remaining dough, make the sides for the rectangles, wetting the dough at the junctions with water. Put the prepared boxes of raw dough on a baking sheet and bake in the oven until cooked. In the baked and cooled boxes in the middle as a filling, put boiled beets, grated on a fine grater and mixed with a clove of garlic and mayonnaise.
