So, are you ready for the finale? It turned out, as in a joke: "football is when 22 people play, and the Germans win." We'll see, of course, but personally, as a woman, I will root for the team of Joachim Loew. Because their coach is cute;)

Ingredients:
They can be completely arbitrary. Three bases: nuts, vegetable oil and spices. You can take any nuts, to your taste - almonds, cashews, peanuts, walnuts, cedar, hazelnuts ... I had almonds, cashews, hazelnuts and pine nuts. Oil - ideally should be used olive extra virgin, but you can get by with odorless vegetable. I just found garlic oil waiting for such an opportune occasion. Spices - options are: salt, pepper (ground black or cayenne), garlic or onion powder, paprika, dried thyme, oregano or cumin. I took black salt ground pepper, garlic powder and oregano.

Cooking. Let's start with almonds. You need to remove the skin from the almonds, for this it should be poured for 5 minutes. boiling water, after which the nuts themselves easily pop out of the peel.

Pour vegetable oil onto a baking sheet. Sprinkle nuts, level.

We put in the oven, preheated to 150 C for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally.

We take out the toasted nuts, pour into a bowl. Add spices, immediately, while the nuts are hot, mix and serve.

salted peanuts- this is what we usually buy in stores, planning a beer party, inviting friends to spend time in the forest, going to the cinema for a comedy or just having a snack on the go when you need to quickly and inexpensively replenish the body's strength. Fried salted peanuts - this is what appears on the table (and more often - just in the hands) when you want something tasty, spicy, salty, spicy. Alas, the producers finished product they add so many side flavors and even dyes to packs of nuts that it’s not necessary to talk about the usefulness of such snacks - the harm from them is an order of magnitude greater than possible benefits. So what if roasted salted peanuts I want to, but to clog your body - not really? Of course, cook it at home, with your own hands, in your own kitchen!

5 interesting facts about peanuts:
1. We habitually call a peanut a nut, but from the point of view of biology it is a leguminous plant.
2. In America, 75% of families eat peanut butter for breakfast.
3. A peanut nut went to the moon - astronaut Alain Shepard took it with him on a flight.
4. Peanut butter does not smoke even under the most high temperatures, thanks to which it is preferred to be used for cooking by submariners.
5. There is a disease - arachibatyrophobia. People suffering from it are afraid that peanut butter cling to the sky.

Not only that homemade salted peanuts- it is relatively harmless and safe (let's not take into account cases of allergic reactions and personal intolerance to one or another component in the product, this is not the norm), so it is also much cheaper! Try to figure out how much a kilogram of finished salted peanuts, if you convert 100-gram packs to another unit of measurement, and compare with the cost of raw peanuts in your markets, you will be amazed to realize how much you overpay for additives, colors and flavors and beautiful packaging. So, roasted salted peanuts - recipe for those who love to cook!

Ingredients:

500 g of raw peanuts;

100 ml soy sauce;

50 ml of water;

10 ml of any chili sauce (adjust the amount depending on how hot the nuts you want to cook);

1 st. l. dry herbs to taste (I have a mixture of herbs from Mediterranean cuisine);

1 st. l. Sahara;

salt, if soy sauce not concentrated enough.

Raw peanuts need to be peeled - to do this, put them in a dry frying pan and fry over low heat, stirring constantly, for about 10 minutes. Try to peel off the skin with your hands - if it comes off easily, then you do not need to fry anymore. If the skin does not come off, dry the peanuts a little more. After that, pour the peanuts into a large bowl with a lid and go outside. After covering the nuts, shake the bowl well, then open the lid, blow off the husk - there will be an unrealistically large amount of it, and it will fly like snowflakes. True, not white.

Repeat the operation until the peanuts are the cleanliness you want - I like it when there are occasional traces of the skin, so I never finish it to a perfectly white peanut.

In a small bowl, combine salt, sugar, chili sauce, water, herbs.

Pour in the soy sauce and boil the marinade for 5-10 minutes.

Mix it with nuts, put everything in a pan with a thick bottom, pour the rest of the sauce there.

When all the liquid has evaporated, place the nuts on a silicone mat or parchment paper.

Once completely dry, they become crispy, spicy-salty and unrealistically delicious!
