Cooking process

First you need to prepare the sauce. To do this, melt the butter in a saucepan, pour the flour and fry. Then pour in the milk and, stirring, bring to a boil. Then add nutmeg, salt a little and set aside for now. Grate the cheese. The next thing to do is fry the minced meat in a pan with vegetable oil for ten minutes and place it in a heavy-bottomed pan.

Peel, wash and chop the vegetables in a blender. frying pan with sunflower oil heat up and put vegetables, tomato and thyme on it. Fry for about eight to ten minutes and shift to the meat. There also send tomatoes cut into small cubes. Pour two hundred and fifty milliliters of water, mix and simmer over low heat for about fifteen minutes.
