With vegetables, you can cook delicious rice of any variety, from the popular round-grain to the rare brown. The main thing is to strictly follow the instructions from the manufacturer on the package regarding the cooking time of the selected cereal. It is important and correct to determine the amount of liquid that will allow the rice to soften enough, but this information is always on the package. And therefore, there will be no difficulties in cooking rice with vegetables even for inexperienced hostess. Keep it up and everything will work out!

Step 1: prepare the rice.

In order for the rice to turn out crumbly, it must be prepared before cooking. pour out required amount on a clean table and sort out foreign inclusions and dry grains. After we have washed all the rice, we put it in a colander and leave it for a while to dry.

Step 2: boil the rice.


Turn the stove temperature to high. Pour into the saucepan clean water and put it on the stove. After the water boils, add salt and a little vegetable oil, stir with a tablespoon. Then carefully pour clean rice from a colander into boiling water.

In this state, boil the rice for 3 - 4 minutes until the water boils again, then reduce the temperature of the stove to an average level and cook for another 10 minutes, while it does not need to be stirred. Next, reduce the temperature of the stove to a minimum and cook until fully cooked. Rice should completely absorb all the water and cook at the same time. If there is almost no water left in the pan, and the rice has not had time to cook. With a tablespoon, push it aside, freeing the center and add a little water to the bottom. Then mix everything and cover with a lid.

We clean the onion from the husk and wash it under cold water. running water. Step 5: Saute rice with vegetables.

And fry it for 2 - 3 minutes then add black ground pepper and salt. Add the last component carefully, since we have already salted the water in which the rice was cooked. Next, with a spatula, mix the spices with rice until smooth.
After returning the vegetables back to the pan and mix everything with a spatula.
Finishing touch, add soy sauce to taste and finally mix with a spatula. Then turn off the heat and cover the pan with a lid.
