  5. When the dough will do, crush, roll into a rectangle, thickness 4-7 mm. We spread the filling and with the help of a spatula evenly distribute it over the entire surface of the dough, leaving about 1.5 cm on one side.
  6. We turn the rectangle into a roll, trying to press the dough tighter. We cut into pieces about 4 cm long. Put the resulting “stumps” into a “standing” form greased with oil or lined with baking paper, leaving a small gap between them. Cover with a towel, put in a warm place for proofing. As soon as the dough increases a little (after 10-15 minutes), put the cake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for about 20-25 minutes.

  1. Dough. On a pulsed mode in the bowl of a food processor, mix both types of flour, sugar and salt, then add and grind the butter into crumbs. Pour in vegetable oil, mix again in a pulsating mode, and then gradually add water. As soon as the dough gathers into a ball, we stop, round off the mass, hide it in a bag and put it in the refrigerator for an hour. After that, we flatten and roll out the dough into a layer, line it along the bottom and sides of a low shape and hide it in freezer while we prepare the filling.
  2. Filling. Melt the chocolate and butter, add half the maple syrup. Stir, add 1 egg, add cocoa, bring the mass to smoothness and set aside.
  3. We are preparing the second mass. Mix pumpkin puree maple syrup, cream and spices, add 3 eggs and bring the cream until smooth. 1/3 received pumpkin cream mix with chocolate to make it a little lighter.

Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for half an hour. After the specified time, roll out the dough into a thin layer, put it in a mold, forming sides about 3 cm high. Put it in the refrigerator.
  2. In the meantime, prepare two fillings. Mix cream cheese with cream, add eggs, half condensed milk, half starch, bring to uniformity. In the second bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, the remaining starch and the remaining condensed milk, salt.
  3. Put two tablespoons of pumpkin filling in the form with the dough in the center. In the middle, right on the yellow mass, put two spoons cheese mix. Again in the center - pumpkin, again - white. Alternate the dough until both masses run out. In order for the filling to be better distributed inside, sometimes we tap the mold a little on the table.
