Now take care of the duck. Rinse the carcass, then dry thoroughly. Peel the garlic cloves. Pass half of the garlic through a press. Half cut into thin sticks and, making small cuts in soft parts carcasses, stuff the meat with garlic.

In a small bowl, mix fragrant dry herbs, salt and garlic squeezed through a press, add a little vegetable oil and mix the mass.
