And if the preferences of one child are relatively easy to take into account, then when a children's birthday is approaching, there are much more difficulties in compiling a menu: you need to cook something that will please the birthday man, his guests and even their parents.

Children do not need an abundance of dishes - less is better, but tastier. Serving is also of great importance: even the most ordinary salad, decorated in the form of a bear cub, carrot or sun, will awaken the appetite in children. You can also use tartlets - any salad looks tastier in them.
