The classic recipe includes the presence of only a few products - ordinary hard cheese, crab sticks, eggs and mayonnaise, which make an incredibly appetizing, delicate holiday dish.

  • 200-220 gr. chilled sticks or crab meat (you can take a little more);
  • 3 chicken eggs(boiled ones are needed);
  • 120 gr. cheese (take hard varieties or semi-solid);
  • 3 tablespoons of fat mayonnaise (67%);
  • greenery of your choice.

We tell you step by step how to cook rafaello from crab sticks at home.

We clean the sticks from the film, three of them with chips or finely, divide the resulting composition into 2 identical parts.

Eggs, pre-boiled and cooled, clean, as well as three, like the first ingredient.

Three shavings of cheese (if there is no such grater, you can grate finely).

Gently mix all the ingredients in one bowl (we take one part of the seafood).

Add mayonnaise to a bowl, mix everything with a fork into a homogeneous mass. If you wish, you can season the dish with a little salt and pepper, but this is to your taste.

How is this dish prepared?

Three cheese on the smallest side of the grater.

Three sticks or meat in the same way as cheese. We leave half of the resulting mass for boning our Rafaelok.

We pre-boil the eggs in a steep, cool, clean, also finely three according to the principle of the two previous products.

We combine the prepared ingredients in a bowl, add curd cheese, mayonnaise and salt to our own taste.
