  • In order for the dough to bake, water is added when baking dumplings in a slow cooker. In fact, they are first boiled, then baked. If you add as much water as indicated in the recipe, it will be enough, and at the same time it will not remain in the finished dish.

  • dumplings - 0.8 kg;
  • onions - 0.2 kg;
  • cream - 0.2 l;
  • cheese - 100 g;
  • vegetable oil - 20 ml;
  • champignons - 0.2 kg;
  • sausages - 0.2 kg;
  • butter - 50 g;
  • salt, spices - to taste.

Cooking method:

  • Cut clean mushrooms into small pieces.
  • Remove the husk from the onion, cut into small pieces.
  • Cut the sausages into small circles.
  • Finely grate the cheese, mix it with cream, spices and salt.
  • Melt the butter in the multicooker bowl by turning on the "Baking" mode. Put the onion in it, fry for 5 minutes. Add mushrooms and fry with the lid open until excess moisture is gone. Turn off the unit, take out the mushrooms with onions.
