Cauliflower salad

Ingredients:
1 head of cauliflower,
2 fresh cucumbers
200 g cheese,
½ stack natural yogurt,
chopped green onions, dill, salt - to taste.

Cooking:
Disassemble the cabbage into inflorescences and boil in salted boiling water or steam. Cucumbers and cheese cut into cubes. For dressing, stir together yogurt, chopped dill and salt. Salad with sausage cheese, carrots and garlic

Ingredients:
300 g sausage cheese,
1 carrot
4 garlic cloves,
mayonnaise - to taste.

Cooking:
Freeze cheese slightly before cooking to make it easier to grate. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and transfer to a salad bowl. Salad "Emerald" of melted cheese and eggs

Ingredients:
1 melted cheese
2 cloves of garlic
2 boiled eggs

1 fresh cucumber
mayonnaise (fat content can be any, you can also use homemade mayonnaise).
