Cooking: Soy sauce is mixed with butter, lemon juice, sugar and spices to make a salad dressing.

Cucumbers and bell peppers are washed (the seeds must also be removed from the pepper), then cut into thin oblong strips. Salmon fillets are cut in the same way.

Washed lettuce leaves are dried with a napkin and torn into small pieces with your hands. All components are mixed and combined with dressing.

Delicate salmon salad with croutons

Products:
300 g lightly salted salmon;
2 fresh large cucumbers;
a bunch of green lettuce;
150 g of rye bread;
100 g of mayonnaise (can be replaced with low-fat sour cream or yogurt);
salt and black ground pepper to taste.

Cooking: cucumbers and lettuce leaves are washed and laid out on a cloth napkin to dry. Tear lettuce into shreds with your hands, cut cucumbers and salmon into pieces.

Rye bread is cut into cubes and dried in the oven or in a frying pan without oil. Allow the crackers to cool. after which they are mixed with vegetables and fish. Dress the salad with mayonnaise, yogurt or sour cream, adding salt and pepper to taste.

Salad with salmon and quail eggs

Products:
200 g lightly salted salmon;
8 quail eggs;
15-16 cherry tomatoes;
a bunch of lettuce;
2 tbsp. tablespoons chopped parsley;

1 st. a spoonful of lemon juice;
salt and black ground pepper to taste.

Cooking: quail eggs are boiled in boiling water, then doused with cold water, cooled and peeled. To prepare a salad, they need to be cut into halves.

Washed cherry tomatoes are cut into "quarters", and lettuce leaves are torn by hand into several pieces. The salmon is cut into cubes.

First, a prepared green salad is laid out on a plate, salmon is placed on top of it, and the top is decorated with slices of eggs and cherry tomatoes. Drizzle with a dressing of oil, lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt and pepper.

Salmon salad with avocado

Products:
200 g lightly salted or smoked salmon;
1 avocado;
1 red onion;
2 tbsp. spoons of lemon juice;
2 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;
2 tbsp. tablespoons chopped parsley or dill.

Cooking: the onion is cut into thin half rings, mixed with lemon juice and left to marinate for 20-30 minutes. Remove the skin from the avocado with a knife and remove the seeds. The fruit is cut into thin strips - just like salmon fillet. All components are mixed, combined with onion rings (directly along with lemon marinade) and seasoned with oil. It is not necessary to salt the salad - unless you wish.

Salmon salad with pomegranate

Products:
350 g lightly salted salmon;
100 g feta cheese;
1 pomegranate;
1 medium red onion;
a bunch of green lettuce;
1 fresh cucumber;
2 tbsp. tablespoons chopped parsley;
3 art. spoons of pomegranate juice;
3 art. tablespoons of olive oil;
salt and black ground pepper to taste.

Cooking: onion and cucumber are cut into half rings, lettuce is torn into pieces by hand, feta cheese is gently cut into cubes with a knife, salmon is also cut into small pieces.

Lettuce is first laid out on portioned plates, sprinkled with chopped parsley. The second layer is cucumbers and onions, previously mixed with salt and pepper, followed by salmon and feta. Sprinkle pomegranate seeds on top of the salad and drizzle with pomegranate juice and olive oil dressing.
