  1. Knead the dough: in 750 ml. warm water add yeast, stir.
  2. Pour half of the volume of flour indicated in the ingredients to the yeast and knead the dough. Add 30 g of sugar to make the dough better.
  3. Cover the finished dough and leave in a warm place.
  4. Beat the egg and add to the prepared risen dough, pour in the rest of the water.
  5. Add vanillin to the dough, the rest of the sugar, mix well, add melted butter, add all the flour in portions.
