This rich in ingredients and vitamins smoothie is prepared with 200 ml of bio-kefir, 1 beetroot (small), 4 small carrots, 1 stalk of celery, 1 cucumber and 1 apple. Juice is squeezed out of beets and carrots, and finely chopped apple, celery and cucumber are sent to a blender and beaten well. After that, the resulting mass is diluted with liquid ingredients and drunk with pleasure.

The original recipe calls for 100 g of cranberries, 1 green apple, 1 stalk of celery, 1 banana, some parsley and 200 ml of kefir. Celery, apple and banana are peeled and cut into pieces, then crushed in a blender along with the berries to a puree. Then kefir is added and mixed again in a blender.
