Zucchini ratatouille rolls

Ingredients:
1 medium zucchini
1 large bell pepper
Half an onion
3-4 tomatoes
2-3 eggplant
1 garlic clove
3 tablespoons olive oil

Cooking:

4. Before serving, we cover the dish with lettuce leaves and put our balls on them, alternating colors, decorate with herbs and small tomato slices.
5. A little advice: if desired, you can add a little peeled pine nuts to the balls, if necessary, ham can be replaced with chicken fillet.
6. You can also add balls formed from processed grated cheese to the dish, mixing it with chopped nuts (you can not add nuts to the mass and not grind, but put a whole nut in each ball) with mayonnaise and garlic, wrap such balls in crab sticks grated on a medium grater, it looks very original and colorful.

Rice salad with tuna

Ingredients:
200 g basmati rice, boiled
1 red onion, finely chopped
150 g boiled green beans, chopped

I think that for the holiday it is better to bake intricate pancakes in the form of snowflakes. This is done quite simply. Pour the bulk of the pancake into the middle of the pan, and, turning it slightly, let the dough spread a little.

Then you scoop some dough into a spoon and draw patterns around. You can collect the test in a small plastic bottle and draw from it. This is somewhat more convenient, but the test is spent more.

Meat rolls with cucumber and mustard.

Products:
- pork 400 grams;
- pickled cucumbers 2 pcs.;
- red onion 1 pc.;
- mustard grains 2 tbsp. spoons;
- salt pepper;
- flour for breading.

Cooking:
meat cut thin plates, cover with a film and beat well, salt and pepper. Cucumbers and red onion cut into strips. Put grain mustard, pieces of cucumbers and onions on each piece of meat.

This sauce is prepared very simply, and most importantly, quickly, but this requires a blender. Cut all the ingredients, put everything except mustard in a blender, and beat until smooth. Now add mustard to taste and stir with a spoon. You can, of course, chop everything finely, but it will take time, and during the New Year's troubles, it is just not enough.

Herring under a fur coat in a roll

Products:

- herring - 1 pc.;
- potatoes - 4 pcs.;
- carrot - 1 pc.;
- beets - 1 pc.;
- mayonnaise - 200 g;
- bow - 1 pc.;
- vinegar for pickling onions.

Cooking:
Pre-cut the onion arbitrarily and marinate in vinegar for 2-3 hours. But you can put raw, at your discretion.

Boil potatoes, carrots and beets, cool, peel and grate on a fine grater or cut into small cubes.

Peel the herring, separate from the bones, cut small pieces.

It is better to squeeze the beets through gauze to remove excess moisture. If your carrots are also juicy, then it is better to squeeze it out.

To make a roll, spread on the table cling film, cut plastic bag or foil, who has what. Mix the beets with mayonnaise and spread evenly on the film. Cover again with clingfilm and tamp the layer well. Remove this top film. You can salt the beets a little. Try to make each subsequent layer slightly narrower in width than the previous one. We do the same with carrots, only now we smear them on beets. The third layer - potatoes with mayonnaise, is smeared on carrots, respectively. Don't forget to salt it. Next, put the onion, if you pickled it, then you need to let it drain so that it is not too wet. AND last layer- herring. It is better to lay it not over the entire surface of the roll, but with a long log in the middle. We tamp all layers in the same way with the help of cling film.

Gently roll the roll around the herring log. We tamp the edges well. We wrap in the same film. We put the snack in the refrigerator, until the arrival of guests. Before serving, remove the film and cut into portions.

Products:
- 100-200 gr. ham or any boiled sausage;

Products:
- small, 200 grams, a piece of turkey meat;
- a can of canned peaches in halves;
- jar canned corn;
- any spicy cheese, 200 grams;
- mayonnaise or sauce own cooking;
- salt, pepper to taste.

For sauce:
- a jar of yogurt;
- lemon;
- mustard.

Cooking:
Boil the meat in salted water, cool.

Grate cheese on a fine grater and set aside. Cut potatoes, eggs, crab sticks as small as possible, season with mayonnaise and pepper.
