It turns out very tasty and quite thick chocolate paste, made at home. It took much less time to prepare it than if you went to the store to pick it up.

Chocolate paste with cottage cheese

  • 6 art. spoons of sour cream.
  • 40 grams of chocolate.
  • 500 grams of cottage cheese.
  • Vanillin to taste.
  • 4 tbsp. tablespoons of butter.
  • 4 tbsp. spoons of sugar.
  • Two eggs.


Wipe the cottage cheese through a sieve and put in a ceramic dish, add sour cream, raw egg, vanillin, sugar to it and mix well.
