When you don't have enough time to cook festive dishes, it is especially important to know recipes that help to cook not only quickly, but also tasty.

Salad "Piquant" with salmon

Required products:

  • slightly salted salmon - 200 g;
  • 3 tomatoes;
  • 2 any apples;
  • pickled cucumbers - 2 pieces;
  • 1 red or yellow sweet pepper;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • purple onion - 1 head;
  • mayonnaise - 150 g;
  • lettuce or parsley leaves;
  • spices to taste.

The required cooking time will be 20 minutes, each serving of salad contains 280 kcal.

How to cook:

  1. Cut off the skin from the apple. Cut apples, cucumbers into cubes, peppers and salmon into strips, and tomatoes into thin slices, chop garlic and onions arbitrarily;
  2. Combine all ingredients, mix with mayonnaise, season with spices, put in a salad bowl, garnish with herbs.

To make the dish look more festive, you can put lettuce leaves on a flat plate, put parsley sprigs between them, lettuce in the center.

Salad "Original" with minced meat

Required products:

  • boiled chicken meat - 150 g;
  • hazelnuts - 100 g;
  • 2 tablespoons - butter;
  • tomato, orange, cucumber - 1 each;
  • canned green pea- 40 g;
  • potato - 1 piece;
  • 100 g low-calorie mayonnaise;
  • salt - a pinch.

It will take 25 minutes to prepare. In 100 grams ready meal contains 260 kcal.

Cooking:

  1. Cut the boiled chicken flesh into pieces and scroll twice in any meat grinder (electric or mechanical) along with nuts and butter;
  2. Season the resulting minced meat with salt and put in the refrigerator;
  3. Boil potatoes in their skins. Then peel and cut into slices, add to it canned peas and fresh cucumber, diced;
  4. Combine vegetables with minced chicken, season with light mayonnaise. Put all this in a beautiful salad bowl, decorate with orange and tomato slices on top.

Tip: you can choose the meat for minced meat according to your taste.

What a delicious salad to cook on a quick hand for a birthday

For your birthday, I want to cook something special. It doesn't have to be a laborious salad of expensive products. It may well be based on canned beans, olives, boiled ham and fresh vegetables.

Salad "Italian"

Ingredients required:

  • rich bread(not very fresh) - 500 g;
  • large tomatoes - 5 fruits;
  • 1 red onion;
  • green basil - 4 sprigs;
  • canned white beans - 1 can;
  • canned olives - 100 g.

For refueling:

  • olive oil - 60 g;
  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar;
  • pepper and salt to your liking.

Cooking time: 15 minutes. Quantity: 8 servings of 290 kcal each.

Cooking recipe step by step:

  1. Cut butter bread into cubes, sprinkle with olive oil on top and dry it for 7 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees;
  2. Wash tomatoes, chop into cubes. Cut the onion into thin half rings. From jars with canned ingredients drain the water. Put all prepared vegetables in a salad bowl of a suitable size;
  3. Prepare dressing: In a bowl, combine olive oil with balsamic vinegar and spices. Beat this mixture lightly with a whisk;
  4. Add the croutons to the vegetables, pour over the prepared sauce, mix. To soak the bread cubes with dressing and tomato juice, put the dish in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

You can do it differently: put the salad on the table right away, and let the guests choose according to their taste which croutons they like best (soaked or crispy).

You will need:

  • a piece hard cheese- about 150 g;
  • eggs - 5 pieces;
  • celery - 4 stalks;
  • 150 g boiled ham;
  • tomatoes - 6 small hard fruits;
  • green salad - 5 leaves;
  • 5 green onion feathers;
  • basil - 6 stalks;
  • gherkins (pickled cucumbers) - 4 pieces;

For sauce:

  • 40 g of unsweetened yogurt;
  • fat cream - 40 g;
  • 5 tablespoons of sour cream;
  • to taste - pepper;
  • 2 pinches of salt.

Cooking time: 35 minutes. The dish is designed for 4 persons. The calorie content of one serving is 310 kcal.

Recipe:

  1. Boil eggs until fully prepared, remove the shell and cut into slices. Peel the celery and set the leaves aside for now;
  2. Chop the cheese and boiled ham into cubes of the same size. Dip the tomatoes for a second in boiling water, then remove the peel from them, cut into 8 parts;
  3. Wash green lettuce leaves. Break them down into flat dish, on top of them, along the edge of the salad bowl, lay eggs, cut into circles;
  4. Mix cheese, celery, ham, tomatoes and put in the center of the salad bowl;
  5. Prepare the sauce: sour cream, yogurt, whip cream, season with pepper, salt. Season salad with prepared sauce;
  6. Finely chop the green onion arrows, celery leaves, basil and sprinkle the salad with this herb. Cut the gherkins in the form of a fan, put them next to the circles of eggs.

You can also use any boiled sausage to prepare this salad.

It is possible to prepare salads quickly and tasty if you cook from minimum set products and choose not the most time-consuming recipes.
