  4. I fry onions with carrots in vegetable oil, add minced meat, fry until tender. I add a couple of tablespoons of tomato paste, salt, pepper to taste.
  5. I add mushrooms. I fry for 10 minutes, salt, add flour, milk and carcass, stirring constantly, 5 minutes.
