It is not necessary to have special bowls, any sockets, bowls, even ordinary glasses for wine / cocktails / juices will do. Panna cotta looks very interesting in them.

0.5 l cream 20%

1 glass of milk

3-4 tbsp Sahara

1 sachet vanilla sugar or a little vanilla extract

½ sachet of gelatin

500 g fresh strawberries

Step 1. Pour gelatin with a small amount of cold water and let it swell.

Step 2. Mix milk with cream and put on heat.

Step 3. Add sugar, vanilla, heat, but do not bring to a boil.

Step 4. During heating, add gelatin. Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.

Step 5. Remove from heat, cool slightly and pour milk into bowls. Cool to room temperature and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.

Step 6. Make strawberry puree by adding sugar to taste. Put a small amount of mashed potatoes on the frozen panna cotta.

Snowballs

This dessert is very interesting presentation- indeed in the form of snowballs. Therefore, it is not surprising that children love this dessert first of all. Although adults are not far behind them either.

The only problem is that in snowballs you have to use half-baked eggs. So be careful, buy only very fresh eggs from trusted manufacturers.

2 glasses of milk

½ cup sugar

1 sachet of vanilla sugar

A pinch of salt

Step 1. Separate the yolks from the whites. Put the yolks in the refrigerator, and beat the whites in a steep foam with a pinch of salt.

Step 2. Bring milk to a boil. Scoop up the protein foam with a slotted spoon and dip into boiling milk. Hold for a few seconds and remove. This is how snowballs roll.

Step 3. For the sauce, add vanilla sugar to the hot milk left over from cooking the proteins.

Step 4. Grind the yolks with sugar until white. Add them to hot milk.

Step 5. Whisking constantly with a whisk, heat the sauce until it thickens a little.

Step 6. Pour prepared snowballs with sauce.

Milk pudding with custard

Zest of 1 lemon

For cream:

500 ml milk

2 tbsp flour

1 cup of sugar

100 g butter

Step 1. Warm up the milk, remove the zest from the lemon on a grater.

Step 2. Grind eggs with sugar until white. Add milk with zest to them.

Step 3. Pour into pudding molds, put in a mold with water and bake in the oven for half an hour at 160 degrees.

Step 4. Cook the cream: In an enamel bowl, grind the eggs with sugar, add flour, salt, pour in cold milk and put on fire. Stir vigorously until it boils. Then add oil.

Step 5. Serve puddings poured with custard, you can add fresh berries.

Ice cream

1 liter of milk

100 g butter

2 cups sugar

5 yolks

1 tsp starch.

Step 1. Put milk on fire and add butter to it. Warm up over medium heat.

Step 2 Until the milk boils: mix sugar with starch, add yolks and grind everything until smooth.

Step 3. Add some warm milk to the yolks.

Step 4. Pour the mixture into the boiled milk, stirring all the time. Heat until the second boil.

Step 5 When the mass boils, remove the pan from the heat and put it in cold water- cool down. While cooling, stir.

Step 6. When it cools down, spread the mass into molds and freeze in the freezer.
