Such a cake is prepared quite simply and, thanks to the use of cookies, it is very easy to divide into portions. I remember, as a child, my mother cooked a cake for my brother and me from cookies in packs, smeared it with custard and laid it out right on the cutting board, due to the lack of a square plate. Zephyr was then in short supply and if it got into the house, it was quickly eaten. Now times have changed, and the shops are full of both cookies and marshmallows - choose what your heart desires.

To prepare a cake from cookies and marshmallows without baking, prepare all the products on the list.

As in, cut the marshmallow into balls. Depending on how you want to decorate the surface of the cake, set aside the required number of curly pucks.

Prepare buttercream. In a bowl, beat cream, sugar and cottage cheese, you can also add vanillin. Beat until the mass becomes homogeneous and begins to thicken. Put the cream in the refrigerator while we cut the bananas.

Pour milk into a cup, dip cookies in it and put on a plate. I got 10 pieces.

Lubricate the cookies with butter cream and lay out the marshmallow balls, the gaps can be filled with small pieces.

Another recipe, this marshmallow cake will be a little more complicated, but it does not require great culinary talents. This no-bake cake belongs to quick desserts, which are also distinguished by the fact that its ingredients are always available and not expensive.

Cake: two eggs, a kilogram of ordinary marshmallows, two packages of shortbread cookies, half a glass of granulated sugar, a package of peasant butter, a cup of milk, zest from one lemon.
Decoration: 50 g marmalade, 30 g nuts.

  1. We divide marshmallows into halves.
  2. We drive eggs into a deep container and pour in sugar - rub with a fork.
  3. Crumble cookies and pour milk.
  4. Cookies are best used fresh and as crumbly as possible.
  5. We begin to warm up slowly, stirring constantly, wait until it thickens.
  6. After the resulting cream has cooled, pour finely grated zest and butter into it, beat in a blender until the lumps disappear.
  7. We form a marshmallow cake - we cover the form for our cake with cling film and lay out its bottom with marshmallow halves and cover it with our cream and so on several times - a layer of marshmallow and a layer of cream.
  8. The last layer of marshmallows can be laid out, just like the previous no-bake cake, from marshmallow figures, but only when we decorate the cake completely.
  9. We put in the refrigerator for the night, but not less than 3 hours.

No baking, but the marshmallow cake is ready! Before serving, decorate the cake with marmalade and nuts, if available, drizzle with sweet pasta or top with whipped cream.
