  1. Combine gelatin with water lemon juice. Leave to swell for 10 minutes. While the gelatin swells, you can prepare the base of the future cheesecake: rinse the dried apricots, squeeze, grind it to a paste-like state.
  2. Add muesli to chopped dried apricots and knead thoroughly so that the mass becomes homogeneous.
