Ingredients:

  • a teaspoon of ground cinnamon;
  • 400 ml low-fat kefir;
  • 320 g white flour;
  • dry yeast - ½ pack;
  • 100 g of granulated sugar;
  • 3 sour apples.
  • the dough cannot be kneaded without eggs, you need to prepare two of them.

Cooking:

  1. Rinse the apples under running water, dry and cut out the seed box. Then peel the fruit and grate.
  2. Mix warm kefir, yeast and a large spoonful of sugar in a bowl.
  3. Leave to ferment for a quarter of an hour, then add cinnamon and flour, add the yolks mashed with sugar.
  4. Keep the kefir dough in a warm place without drafts and, when it rises, add the foam from the proteins.
  5. Gently stir the mixture with a spatula and fry the fluffy pancakes in hot vegetable oil if you have a regular cast iron skillet. Ceramic dishes are used without vegetable oil.
  6. Serve fritters dusted with powdered sugar and garnished with candied fruits.

You will need:

  • 0.5 l low-fat kefir;
  • 3 full tablespoons of cocoa;
  • 0.1 kg of sugar; half a teaspoon of soda and the same amount of salt;

  • milk chocolate bar.
  • Chocolate brownie dough is not prepared without eggs, so prepare two pieces.
  • For frying, you will need vegetable oil.

Cooking:

  1. From yeast, kefir and two tablespoons of sugar, beat the dough and set it to rise in a warm place.
  2. Meanwhile, mix flour with cocoa powder, salt and baking soda.
  3. When the dough begins to foam, add the eggs pounded with sugar and a mixture of loose ingredients into it.
  4. Put the yeast dough and wait until it increases in volume.
  5. Put the pancakes on a hot frying pan with vegetable oil, put a small piece of milk chocolate in the center (see photo) and cover with a portion of dough on top.
  6. Yeast pancakes with chocolate filling are best served with ice cream, sprinkled with coconut flakes. You will appreciate an excellent combination of chocolate with cherry jam if you have a jar of this product.
  7. Some prefer chocolate with banana. You can try both the first and second options, and choose the most suitable for yourself.

Oatmeal fritters

Even if you avoid the use of flour dishes, nothing will stop you from making fluffy pancakes, which include oatmeal.

The dough consists of:

  • 3 eggs;
  • a glass of 1% kefir;
  • a pair of large bananas;
  • 60 g white sugar;
  • 150 g of oatmeal;
  • pinches of salt;
  • dry yeast - a dessert spoon;
  • a teaspoon of ground cinnamon.

Cooking

  1. First, smash the oatmeal in a blender. You should have flour that you can add to the dough. After:
  2. Mash the bananas in a bowl.
  3. Beat eggs with a whisk and pour in warm kefir.
  4. In a bowl, combine all dry ingredients, including yeast, and pour in liquid mixture and mashed bananas.
  5. Leave the mass for half an hour so that it has time to “grow” and fry the pancakes in a cast-iron pan under the lid.
  6. To prevent the dish from becoming too greasy, add oil in small portions, or even better, use a special little spray.
  7. For presentation, cottage cheese or cream cheese is ideal. It is noteworthy that pancakes will replace oatmeal, they can be served as a full breakfast.

Recipe for cottage cheese fritters

If you have no time to mess with cheesecakes, and you love cottage cheese, then you can cook cottage cheese pancakes, which turn out to be extremely lush and tasty.

You will need:

  • 160 g flour;
  • a glass of kefir;
  • 0.150 kg of cottage cheese;
  • half a teaspoon of soda;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • 80 g of sugar;
  • fast-acting yeast - 15 g.
  • you can’t do without eggs, to hammer the dough, you need 1 piece.

Cooking:

  1. First, beat the egg with a whisk, adding salt and sugar.
  2. Grind the cottage cheese through a sieve or beat with a blender. You should get a creamy mass (as in the photo), into which you need to pour a beaten egg.
  3. Dissolve the yeast in warm sweetened kefir and after 10 minutes mix the dough with cottage cheese and an egg.
  4. Mix soda with flour, sift the mixture and pour it into the dough.
  5. Mix with a blender the mass until it becomes homogeneous, and let it rise.
  6. Fry the pancakes in a very hot skillet with the burner set to medium heat. To prevent the dish from being sugary-fat, spread it on a paper napkin.
  7. When it has absorbed the excess oil, carefully remove it and discard it. Decorate the presentation of pancakes with berry jam.
