As soon as the water boils, quickly pour it into a bowl of flour and stir very quickly with a spatula or spoon so that the flour and water are combined.


Now you can start kneading the dough with your hands, since it is no longer very hot and your hands are tolerable, although you still need to be careful not to burn yourself. I repeat once again - this dough is easy to knead, it turns out soft and elastic.

Place the dough in a bowl, cover with a kitchen towel, and leave to rest for 10 minutes. During this time the dough will become homogeneous. You will see for yourself how it will change.

The filling for dumplings is prepared as follows:

Minced meat (I used turkey), mix with one yolk, chopped onions, garlic (also chopped), salt and pepper to taste, mix well.


Cut off the dough small piece and roll it out thinly.


Now, from the layer of dough that we have obtained, cut out circles with a glass or a ring. You can choose the diameter yourself, larger or smaller, the size of the dumplings depends on this. I don't like very small ones, so I have them quite large.


Place one teaspoon of meat filling on each circle.


Take one circle, fold it in half into a crescent shape and pinch the edges with your fingers.


Connect the ends of the crescent and pinch them well too.


Repeat all these procedures until the dough runs out. As a result, you will end up with a lot of cute dumplings.


Now let's proceed to the actual preparation of dumplings in a slow cooker. First, pour water into the multicooker bowl and add salt to taste.

If you take hot water, the cooking time will be reduced, but if you just pour cold water If, like me, this time will, on the contrary, increase, since the water will need to heat up.

To prepare dumplings, select the COOKING program. In my multicooker, the time for this program is 1 hour 10 minutes, so I left it there. Press the START button and wait for the water to boil. As soon as this happens, pour out our dumplings, mix them and close the multicooker lid again.


We are waiting for the water to boil again and the dumplings to float. We leave them for another 5-7 minutes and take them out using the plastic spatula that comes with the multicooker.

All that remains is to place the dumplings in bowls, add pieces of butter, chopped dill, you can sprinkle a little lemon juice (it tastes better) and serve.
