Hard boil the eggs. Place cold eggs in cold water for boiling, and warm eggs in hot water. So they do not crack, and the protein does not leak out. Then cool and peel the eggs.

Put the carrots to boil immediately hot water. To cook carrots faster, peel and cut into strips, and use a little water. So the cooking time will decrease, and many vitamins and trace elements from the root crop will not pass into the broth.

Rinse the parsley under the tap and place on a towel.

How to quickly cook salad "Tenderness" with crab sticks

Boil quail eggs- it will take no more than 3-4 minutes after boiling water.

Boil the rice in a small enameled bowl. Round beans cook faster - rinse soft beans in cold water.

Free the crab sticks from the packaging, and remove the corn from the jar. Peel and rinse white onions.

Now chop smaller eggs, crab sticks and sweet onions with a table knife. Put everything in one bowl. Add rice, corn, sour cream and some salt. Stir and the salad is ready!

How to cook

Boil potatoes in their skins, for a faster result, use a pressure cooker or a special multicooker function. Transfer the tubers to a cooling plate. Then clean up.

Prepare the sauce. Wash and dry greens. In a blender, immerse the leaves, sour cream and processed cheese. Add 2-3 more cranberries if desired. Punch until smooth. Add sesame seeds and salt. If desired, the seeds can be first roasted in a dry frying pan until golden brown, but this is not necessary.

Apple choose sweet or sour to taste. Clean it and grate it. Also chop the potatoes and crab sticks.

Line a deep bowl with cling film in a thick layer. Lay the products in it in layers - crab sticks, sauce, apple, sauce, potatoes. Invert the bowl onto a flat plate and carefully lift the bowl up. The salad will remain on the plate. Remove the film, and grease the surface of the salad with the remaining dressing. Serve immediately to the table or keep in the refrigerator for a couple of minutes.

Peel fresh pineapple, and simply remove canned pineapple from the jar.

Chop crab sticks, pineapple and cheese with a knife. For the latter, you can take a grater.

Put food in a bowl and add rice. Season with sauce. Decorate with fresh herbs.

This quick and easy salad is sure to please your guests. And choose the cheese for the recipe according to your taste - soft cheese, cottage cheese or hard.

Option 5: Salad "Gentle" with crab sticks and vinegar

Vinegar in the recipe is used optionally - for pickling onions. But the whole salad with a drop of malic or tartaric acid becomes a little more aromatic.

Ingredients:

  • three st. l. rice
  • 1/3 head of onion;
  • a spoonful of apple cider vinegar (or wine);
  • 6-7 pcs. crab sticks;
  • 40 g curd cheese;
  • two eggs;
  • salt;
  • mayonnaise sauce.

How to cook

Boil eggs in advance and rice separately. Separate the egg whites from the yolks after peeling. Rinse the grits so that the grains in the dish are not stuck together.

Peel and finely chop the onion - marinate with apple cider vinegar. Leave for 5-7 minutes. If desired, vinegar can be replaced with table white wine.

Cut the crab sticks into smaller cubes, also cottage cheese and egg whites. Grate the yolks - they will go to decorate the dish.
