Dough Ingredients:

  • 100 g creamy margarine (butter);
  • 1 and 1/4 cups flour;
  • 1/2 tsp salt;
  • 3 art. l. ice water.

  • 4 large onions;
  • 3 processed cheese;
  • 1 egg;
  • vegetable oil for frying onions;
  • salt, pepper to taste.

The old Soviet classic, by the way, is not a cheap pleasure: the real, “correct” recipe includes a lot of butter, canned pink salmon. Let's make it cheaper - not make it worse, but simply adapt it to certain financial possibilities.

Ingredients:

  • 5 hard boiled eggs;
  • 2 potatoes, cooked "in their uniforms";
  • 1 large boiled carrot;
  • 1 onion;
  • 2 processed cheese;
  • 1 can of canned fish (such as sardines, saury);

Ingredients:

  • 200 g smoked chicken fillet;
  • 300 g of carrots in Korean;
  • 4 eggs;
  • 100 g of hard cheese;
  • mayonnaise, salt, pepper to taste.

Many people underestimate the fillet of fresh-frozen cod, considering this fish to be tasteless due to the relatively low price. Meanwhile, properly prepared, it comes out juicy and interesting.

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg cod fillet;
  • 2 lemons;
  • parsley, salt, pepper, olive oil to taste.

We put the washed and dried cod fillet in a baking dish, the bottom of which is first laid out with a layer of parsley. Salt the fish, sprinkle with pepper, lightly sprinkle with olive oil. Quite a simple delicacy, but beautiful and festive. And - importantly - absolutely not burdensome for the wallet.
Ingredients:

  • 3 proteins;
  • 1 cup of sugar;
  • 1/3 tsp salt;
  • green food coloring.
  1. We put the proteins in the mixer bowl, start beating first for a couple of minutes at low speed, then increase it to the maximum, gradually adding salt and sugar. When the mass increases in volume, becomes smooth, shiny and visually elastic, add dye, mix.

Ingredients:

  • 450 g puff pastry;
  • 250 g butter;
  • 1/2 can of condensed milk;
  • 2 tbsp cognac.
  1. Cut the puff pastry into strips about 1 cm wide. Bake at a temperature of 200 degrees for about 15 minutes - until fluffy and light golden brown.
  2. Beat softened butter with condensed milk until fluffy smooth mass, at the end add cognac.
  3. Put a few sticks of puff pastry on a layer of cling film, cover them with cream. Put a few more sticks on top, cream again. Alternate until the cream runs out, wrap the cake in a log with cling film, put it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
  4. Grind the rest of the sticks into crumbs, sprinkle the finished cake with it before serving. If desired, dessert can be decorated with pomegranate seeds and green-tinted coconut flakes.

Prunes and nuts are scrolled through a meat grinder, mixed with oatmeal. We spread the resulting mass in a thin layer on the bottom of a detachable form.

  • Soak gelatin in water. As soon as it swells, put on a minimum fire, dissolve until smooth. Add 5-7 tablespoons of applesauce, stir. Remove from the stove and combine with the rest of the apples. Beat for about 5 minutes, then add the egg whites and beat until fluffy and stable.
  • We shift the apple soufflé into a mold, level it, put it in the refrigerator. After 5 hours, remove the sides of the detachable form, separating the soufflé from them with a sharp knife, cut and serve.
  • 1. The first tip is to plan the New Year's menu in advance, very early. Write a list of necessary products and everything that you can buy today, buy right away. Firstly, it will help save a considerable amount - before the holidays, many retail chains raise prices for consumer basket goods. Secondly, by dividing the costs over time, you will reduce the load on your own wallet.

    2. To create the illusion of abundance and make yourself happy, try not to limit yourself to one appetizer and one salad.
