  • Roll all layers into pita bread. Put the pita bread in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours so that it is saturated with aromas and juices.
  • Cut the pita bread into small pieces 1.5-2 cm thick.

Lavash roll with red fish

Ingredients:

  • Lavash 2 sheets.
  • Soft cheese 250 gr.
  • Lightly salted salmon or trout 300-400 gr.
  • Tomato 1 pc.
  • Greens to taste.
  • Mayonnaise to taste.

Sequencing:

  • Pour boiling water over the tomatoes and peel them, then chop finely. Cut the salmon into small pieces, and finely chop the greens.
  • Lubricate one sheet of pita bread with mayonnaise and put finely chopped tomatoes and chopped greens. Top everything with another sheet of pita bread and put soft cheese and chopped red fish.
  • Roll the pita sheets into a roll and wrap it with cling film. Then leave the pita roll in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
  • Remove the film and cut the roll crosswise into medium-sized pieces (1.5-2 cm).


Lavash roll with mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • Lavash 3 pcs.
  • Cheese 300 gr.
  • Mushrooms 600-700 gr.
  • Mayonnaise.
  • Greenery.
  • Butter.

Sequencing:

  • Wash and dry mushrooms. Then cut them into small pieces and fry them in butter.
  • Finely chop the greens, grate the cheese on a fine grater.
  • Lubricate one sheet of pita bread with mayonnaise and put chopped greens on it. Then put the second sheet of pita bread on top, grease it with mayonnaise and put the fried mushrooms on top. Put the third sheet of pita bread, grease it with mayonnaise and put grated cheese on top.
  • Roll the pita bread into a roll and put it in the refrigerator for 1.5-2 hours. Then cut it crosswise into pieces 1-2 cm thick.


Lavash roll with ham

Ingredients:

  • Lavash 2 sheets.
  • Ham 200 gr.
  • Pickled cucumbers 150-200 gr.
  • Cheese 100 gr.
  • Mayonnaise.

Sequencing:

  • Cut the ham into strips, cut the cucumbers into small cubes. Then grate on a fine grater.
  • Lubricate the first sheet of pita bread with mayonnaise and put a mixture of ham and chopped pickled cucumbers on it. Put a second sheet of pita bread on top and grease it with mayonnaise, put grated cheese on top.
  • Roll the pita sheets into a roll and let it brew in the refrigerator for 1.5-2 hours. Then cut it into small pieces 1.5-2 cm thick.


Fried lavash roll

Ingredients:

  • Lavash 2 sheets.
  • Cheese 200 gr.
  • Sour cream 200 gr.
  • Greens to taste.
  • Garlic 1-2 cloves.
  • Salt, spices, herbs to taste.
  • Vegetable oil.

Sequencing:

  • Finely chop the greens, grate the garlic and cheese on a fine grater.
  • Mix cheese with sour cream, garlic and herbs. All salt and add spices and mix everything thoroughly.
  • Put the resulting mixture on one sheet of pita bread and cover the second sheet on top.
  • Roll the pita bread into a roll and fry it on both sides in vegetable oil.
  • After the pita bread has cooled down a bit, cut it into pieces 1-2 cm thick.
