Salad with crab sticks and pancakes

For seafood lovers, there is a salad option with crab sticks. His rich taste will appeal to even the most demanding food gourmets.


Ingredients for pancakes (about 4 pieces):

  • Flour -1 tbsp. l.;
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • Starch - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • Sour cream - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • Spices;
  • Sunflower oil.

Salad Ingredients:

  • Crab sticks (can be replaced with other seafood) - 200 gr.;
  • Egg pancakes - 4 pcs.;
  • Fresh cucumbers of medium size - 2 pcs.;
  • Canned corn -100 gr.;
  • Mayonnaise - 100 ml.

Let's start making pancakes. To do this, break the eggs into a bowl with high edges. Beat lightly and add ground black pepper, flour, starch, sour cream and whisk until smooth.


Flour is added in 2 doses. The dough will be quite liquid.

We put on the fire greased vegetable oil frying pan. When she warms up desired temperature, pour part of the dough on its surface, trying to evenly distribute it. Fry until golden brown and flip over. If the pancake is well browned, remove it to a plate.


Cut the crab sticks into thin strips.

Roll the pancakes into tubes and cut into thin circles (up to 4 mm). You can roll the pancakes all together instead of individually.
