Ham and cheese salad with arugula

Our third salad recipe already includes a small meat supplement, but there is no need to worry, the ham that we will use in cooking is Parma, and this is not too fatty variety. Let's move on to the products:

  • Parma ham - 100 gr;
  • A bunch of arugula;
  • 100 gr mozzarella cheese;
  • A handful of olives, you can choose a variety based on your taste;
  • Extra Virgin olive oil - 50 ml;
  • Balsamic sauce - to taste;
  • Coarse sea salt - a pinch;
  • A pinch of ground pepper.

The step by step cooking scheme is as follows:

  1. Arrange slices on a wide plate. parma ham, slices should cover the entire surface of the dish.
  2. We wash the arugula and lay it with a nest right in the center of the plate with the ham “litter”.
  3. Put a piece of mozzarella on the "nest" with arugula.
  4. We turn to the olives, spread the olives along the edges of the plate.
  5. Now arugula with mozzarella is poured balsamic sauce and olive oil, and coarse salt the whole salad is sprinkled with pepper.

Salad "Romano"

The name of the dish was given by the salad, under the beautiful and gentle name "Romano", but in addition to lettuce leaves, there are others in the dish. delicious ingredients and we'll get to them now:

  • Romano lettuce leaves - a large bunch;
  • cherry sprig;
  • A bunch of arugula;
  • A piece of mozzarello cheese;
  • A small pack of crab sticks;
  • olive butter - table spoon;
  • A tablespoon of soy sauce.

So, we master at home our latest recipe, the scheme of its preparation is as simple as 2 × 2:

  1. We tear the washed lettuce leaves into pieces and throw them into a deep bowl.
  2. We wash the arugula and also throw it into the bowl with the torn Romano salad.
  3. We cut the crab sticks into not too big chunks and pour into a bowl.
  4. Now the cheese and tomatoes are next in line, we cut the cheese into small pieces and cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Everything in a bowl.
  5. We turn olive oil and soy sauce into a dressing, pour our dish with this salt-oil “slurry”, gently mix the ingredients.

On this, cooking is stopped, and you are waiting in the bowl tasty mix which can be enjoyed with great gusto.
