How to cook beef chops

If you have whole piece meat, cut it into thin portioned pieces. Beat the finished steak or chopped pieces (no need to be zealous, especially if you have young veal).

Pour the breadcrumbs onto a flat plate (you can directly onto a cutting board) and beat the egg in a deep spacious plate. Dip the beaten chop into the egg,

then coat well.

Dipping in the egg and breading can be repeated again - the stronger the shell, the better the beef chop will cook.

On one side, apply a mesh with a knife. It is needed for better penetration during frying oil and beauty.

Fry the chops in hot oil until beautiful crust(this is about 4-5 minutes on each side). Flip only once to avoid damaging the breading.

Salt the finished chop, pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice.

The ideal meat for chops is light red steam veal. The piece should be with a minimum of veins and inner films (the outer ones must be cleaned).

Recipe Ingredients: 4 beef chops (180 grams each), 1 tbsp. a spoonful of dry mustard, 6 tbsp. spoons of breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of butter, 2-4 tbsp. spoons of balsamic vinegar, 4-5 leaves of thyme, 800 grams of small young carrots, 200 grams of shallots.
