There also add finely chopped olives, greens and an apple (pre-peel it from the skin and crumble into small cubes). Eggplant, cut into small cubes, fry over medium heat for 15-20 minutes.

Together with eggplants, but separately from them, fry hearts, previously cut in half. Combine eggplants with hearts, add to them everything that was set aside in a separate container (champignons, onions, herbs, olives, apples). Add salt and spices. Spices are a matter of taste.
