How to cook zucchini rolls with chicken meat:

Wash small zucchini and cut into strips, about 4-5 ml thick, the amount of which directly depends on the desired number of servings. We put them in one layer on a baking sheet, which we cover with baking paper, sprinkle on top a small amount salt and bake in the oven for just a few minutes until soft, so that it is more convenient to roll them up later.


Let the zucchini cool, and in the meantime, prepare the minced meat. I make minced meat myself, grind it with a blender.

To the finished minced meat, add grated onion, chopped garlic, herbs, tomato cut into small cubes, salt and spices to taste.
