Meat loves lemon and onion very much, and with these ingredients you can come up with, for example, such a marinade:

Products:

  1. Spices (rosemary, basil, marjoram, thyme, spices for meat);
  2. Salt;
  3. Pepper;
  4. Lemon - 1 teaspoon juice;
  5. Onion - a small head;
  6. Garlic - a clove;
  7. Juice of half an orange;
  8. Mustard is not spicy - a teaspoon.

Pour all the products into a container and mix, then carefully rub the meat and leave for an hour to marinate well. Then we just put the meat in a double boiler and cook for an hour or less, depending on which double boiler.
