4. Fry the onion over medium heat until golden color, then pour half a glass of boiling water. At first, the onion will be steamed, and when the water boils away, it will fry a little more in oil and become transparent. When the soup is cooked, the onion will be almost invisible, and certainly will not squeak on the teeth.

5. Cut the potatoes into strips.

6. When the onion is fried, add 1.7 - 2 liters of boiling water, if the volume of the pan allows. Or, transfer the fried onions to a saucepan of a suitable volume and pour water there. Add potatoes. After it boils, salt to taste. Salt will need about a little more than half a tablespoon.

9. When the potatoes are fully cooked, add the nettles to the pan. Pepper to taste. After it boils, cook for 5 minutes. Close the lid and let it brew for 5-10 minutes.

10. During this time, peel the eggs and cut them into cubes. I used an egg cutter and the cubes turned out small and neat. Or you can just cut the egg into two halves, and put one or two parts into the soup. Chop green onions and parsley.
