  4. As a result, we got a fairly liquid curd mass for cheesecakes - this is normal, do not worry. Grease the baking dish butter and sprinkle with semolina on top. I use a muffin tin, so the syrniki will come out in portions, like mini muffins. You can just use a form with high edges, and ready-made casserole cut into even squares - cheesecakes.
  5. We heat the oven to 200 ° C and send our cheesecakes to bake for 20-25 minutes. Readiness you can determine by the ruddy barrels and the appetizing appearance of cheesecakes.
    We take the cheesecakes out of the oven, let them cool, and then take them out of the mold. When baking, cheesecakes rise well, and when they cool down, they can settle down - do not worry, this will not affect the taste in any way.

A step-by-step recipe for cheesecakes with a photo so that they turn out lush like in a kindergarten

Let's start with the classic recipe, which is used by most housewives and according to which cheesecakes are prepared in kindergarten.

Ingredients:

  • Cottage cheese - 500 gr
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Egg yolk - 1 pc.
  • Flour - 2 tbsp

These ingredients are enough to make 10-12 cheesecakes.

The higher the fat content of cottage cheese, the juicier syrniki. Do not take fat-free cottage cheese. Use at least 5-9%

Cooking:

1. Put in a bowl with cottage cheese egg yolk, sugar and vanilla sugar.

We mix everything well. It should turn out like this.

2. Add to cottage cheese mixture flour and mix again until smooth.

3. We form cheesecakes. To do this, we need a flat bowl with a couple of tablespoons of flour and a cutting board, also sprinkled with flour.

We scoop up the curd mass with a tablespoon, roll it with our hands into a ball and roll it in a plate with flour. Slightly crush the ball to get an oval shape.

Choose the size of the cheesecake yourself, but try not to make them too large so that they have time to bake

4. Fold the formed cheesecakes on a cutting board sprinkled with flour.

5. Put baking paper on a baking sheet and lay the curd blanks on it. We send the baking sheet to the oven, heated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

After 15 minutes, the cheesecakes can be turned over so that they acquire a golden hue on both sides.

All is ready. Take the cottage cheese pancakes out of the oven, let them cool slightly, pour over the sour cream and serve.

Bon appetit!

Air curd syrniki with semolina and sour cream

Instead of flour, you can use semolina. And in order for the cheesecakes to turn out airy, you need to add sour cream.

Ingredients:

  • 200 gr cottage cheese
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 5 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp semolina
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 sachet of vanillin

Cooking:

1. In one bowl, mix cottage cheese with eggs, sugar, baking powder and vanilla. Mix until a homogeneous mixture.

2. Then add semolina and melted butter and mix well again.

The easiest and fastest way to melt the butter in the microwave is by setting the maximum mode for 30-40 seconds.

3. Lastly, add sour cream and mix in the same way.

Recipe 6

Cheesecakes in the oven for children

You will need:

  • cottage cheese (two hundred and fifty grams);
  • one egg;
  • semolina (two tablespoons);
  • sugar (two tablespoons);
  • flour (two tablespoons).

Let's start cooking:

Beat the eggs well, and leave a small amount of the mixture: at the end we will grease the top of the cheesecakes with it. Cottage cheese can be whipped with a blender or rubbed through a sieve. Mix it with eggs and sugar. Add semolina and leave the mixture for about twenty minutes: the semolina should swell. We make cheesecakes from the dough and roll them a little in flour. We spread the cheesecakes on a baking sheet covered with a silicone mat or baking paper. Do not forget to grease them with a mixture of the remaining egg and one teaspoon of water. Bake for about ten minutes at two hundred degrees. Delicate baby cheesecakes in the oven are ready!

Usually cheesecakes are formed in the form of pancakes and fried in vegetable oil.
And I want to offer another option, dietary. And at the same time, we will not fry cheesecakes, but bake them in the oven ... and to make it even more interesting, they will look like cupcakes.
It seems that the recipe is not very different - the components are the most standard ones: cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, flour ... but it turns out more interesting - a delicate, airy, juicy structure and beautiful shape. In addition, without excess oil, i.e. low-calorie and, importantly, frees from long standing at the stove.

Well, let's get started?

  • Raisins should be poured with boiling water and allowed to stand for some time so that it softens a little. Then drain the water, and dry the raisins with a clean towel.

  • Separate the eggs carefully into whites and yolks.
  • Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt into a fairly dense foam, as they say, until strong peaks. As an indicator, with the correct "overrun" - turning the bowl over, protein foam does not seek to fall out (slip out) of it.
  • Cottage cheese, if it has a rather large grain size, must be rubbed through a strainer - this is necessary for a more “smooth” dough consistency.
  • Then beat it well with sugar, vanilla sugar and yolks.

When the curd mass becomes homogeneous, add the sifted flour and raisins. Again, mix everything well.

And now it's time to introduce whipped egg whites. We interfere with them silicone spatula gentle movements from top to bottom, trying to keep the airiness of the dough as much as possible. This is all because we do not use any additional baking powder to raise the dough, but the bubbles of whipped proteins will perform this function.

Divide the dough into molds. Can also be used simple shapes for muffins - in this case, grease the walls with a small amount of vegetable oil. But the most convenient, as it turned out, is to take silicone molds- from them extraction of baking is absolutely uncomplicated!

We bake cheesecakes in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. Do not try to take them out immediately after the time has elapsed - let them “rest” a little in the oven, 10 minutes is enough. Why is it necessary? All so that the cheesecakes do not settle ahead of time, as if fixing their shape ... and they will cool down a little - it's easier to take them out.

Cottage cheese - useful product enriches the body with calcium. Adults are sympathetic to this, but try to feed the kids. If you cook cottage cheese in the oven, any little fussy eater will be happy to eat them, not to mention adults.
