And those who are even more striving to reduce cooking time take necessary ingredients, just cut them and stew in the oven, in a saucepan, in a slow cooker, or in a pan.

At this dish, for example baked in the oven, there is one more good advantage, compared to the traditional one (with a whole leaf of cabbage). But the fact is that children, even if not all, do not really like stewed cabbage leaves, they open them, eat the meat filling, and put the leaves aside. There is no need to unfold anything here, since the cabbage will already be cut into small pieces and it is almost invisible in the cutlets, which is quite suitable for little capricious people.

Ingredients:

  • Minced meat - 450 gr
  • fresh cabbage - 300 gr
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • rice - 1/2 cup
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • sour cream - 150 gr
  • tomato paste - 1 tablespoon
  • dry spices - 2 pinches

Cooking method:

First of all, we wash the rice well, fill it with about 1.5 cups cold water and boil until half cooked, while not forgetting to add a pinch of salt.


Next, we take fresh cabbage, and I’ll immediately say that if it’s hard, then to soften it is better to pour boiling water over the leaves that we will use for 5 minutes, then drain the water, squeeze the leaves a little and chop them the way you like, cube or straw and add to mince.

We shift the cooled rice there and drive in one egg.


We clean the onion and cut it into small cubes, and rub the carrots on a medium grater and add to the rest of the ingredients. Add salt, pepper and your favorite spices, then mix thoroughly.


For the sauce, we need to mix tomato paste with sour cream and pour 100 ml of water into it and bring to uniformity.


We put a frying pan on the fire, pour a couple of tablespoons of water into it. We begin to form cutlets from minced meat, or small balls. And put them in one row in a preheated pan.


It remains to pour the cutlets with the sauce prepared by us, cover with a lid, reduce the heat to low and simmer in this way for 40-50 minutes.


And of course, during the extinguishing process, periodically check the liquid level, if it is low, then you need to add a little water. The most important thing is that our cabbage rolls do not burn.


The dish is ready, we serve it to the table.

Lazy cabbage rolls in a slow cooker


Ingredients:

  • Homemade minced meat - 500 gr
  • fresh cabbage - 300 gr
  • rice - 0.5 cup
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • tomato paste - 2 tbsp. l
  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l
  • flour - 2-3 tbsp. l
  • Bay leaf- 1 PC
  • seasoning for meat - a pinch
  • salt and black ground pepper- taste.

Cooking method:

We clean the onion and cut it into a small cube, chop the carrot into a cube.

Pour the above amount of vegetable oil into the cup from the multicooker and transfer the chopped vegetables into it, add the tomato paste, mix and turn on the “Baking” mode for 10 minutes.


Boil rice until half cooked and mix with minced meat, add finely chopped cabbage, beat in an egg, seasoning, salt and pepper. We mix everything thoroughly.


Now we form small rounds of minced meat and put them in the multicooker bowl.


Pour flour into water, stir and pour into a bowl, add bay leaf, seasoning, salt. And turn on the "Extinguishing" mode for one hour.


Very tasty and, moreover, tender lazy cabbage rolls in a slow cooker are ready.

How to cook lazy cabbage rolls with minced meat and rice in a saucepan in layers


Ingredients:

  • Minced meat - 500 gr
  • cabbage - 500 gr
  • carrots - 100 gr
  • onion - 150 gr
  • rice - 70 gr
  • vegetable oil - 50 ml
  • tomato paste - 2 tbsp. l
  • bay leaf - 2 pcs
  • salt and pepper - to taste.

Cooking method:

In minced meat, add grated carrots on a medium grater, diced onion and washed rice. Salt and pepper to taste, then stir.


Next, we take a pan that suits us, grease it vegetable oil and put in it first chopped small pieces cabbage, and then minced meat on it. So repeat 2-3 times until the ingredients run out.


Now dilute the tomato paste with 200 ml of water, add a little salt and pour into a saucepan. We put on a slow fire.


Simmer for 15 minutes, then stir, put the bay leaf and continue to simmer until the rice is cooked.

Delicious lazy cabbage rolls like in kindergarten


Ingredients:

  • White cabbage - 400 gr
  • boiled beef - 400 gr
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • egg - 2 pcs
  • bay leaf - 2 pcs
  • rice - 0.5 cup
  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l
  • tomato paste - 1.5 tea l
  • salt and pepper - to taste.

Cooking method:

In this recipe, we need to boil the eggs first. In the meantime, we twist the boiled meat in a meat grinder. We clean the onion, finely chop and sauté in a saucepan until transparent.


My cabbage and cut into small strips. We shift it to the onion and simmer under the lid for 5 minutes while stirring constantly. Then add some water.


We also add tomato paste, lavrushka and salt there. We mix everything thoroughly.


Now we fall asleep total mass rice and pour water so that everything is completely hidden and cook for another 15 minutes.


Then add the rolled meat, mix and simmer until tender over low heat.
