Step by step preparation:

  1. Fresh shrimp should be thoroughly washed and dried. They also need to be thoroughly cleaned. Few people know, but cleaning shrimp can be a real art.   2. After the shrimp are marinated, you can proceed to direct cooking.
  3. Take garlic cloves, peel and grate on a fine grater.
  4. Pour a little oil into the pan and put the garlic. It needs to be well roasted to release all of its flavor.
