  • allspice peas - 5-6 pcs.;
  • rosemary, ground nutmeg, coriander, fennel, chopped dried paprika - a pinch each;

  • Juice of half a lemon

  • Ground black pepper (or a mixture of peppers)

I peeled the potatoes, washed them and cut them into large pieces. You can cut potatoes however you like. Number of potatoes count on your family. I had 6 pcs.

Salt the potatoes, sprinkle with black pepper (to taste, you can do without it, or use seasoning for potatoes). I added a spoonful of refined vegetable oil and mixed everything well.

Let the fish marinate. I marinate for about 1-3 hours, if there is no time at all, leave for 20 minutes at room temperature. And if you have time, then leave the fish overnight in the refrigerator to marinate.
