Personally, I generally love flavor combination sausages and cheese! Do not agree? Then you can remove one of the products.

You will need:

  • baguette (or any other small loaf)
  • soft goat cheese (if desired, it can be replaced with any soft cheese)
  • sausage "Amateur" (but this, I repeat, is unprincipled - love another, take it)
  • tomatoes
  • butter (a little to grease the pan)
  • some parsley
  • a little bit of salt

The order of preparation is:

  1. Cut the baguette lengthwise, remove the crumb.
  2. Spread the “boats” made from a baguette inside with soft cheese.
  3. Whisk the egg with salt in a mug and pour it into 2 pieces of baguette directly over the cheese.
  4. Put the sausage on top, tomato on it.
  5. Put everything in a mold greased with butter.
  6. Put in the oven at 180 gr for 12-15 minutes.


Clue! Do not throw away the pulp. You can dry the bread a little, and then use it when you cook minced meat for cutlets - they will become much softer.

When you take it out of the oven, immediately sprinkle with chopped parsley - while the sandwich is almost red-hot, the parsley will give it its flavor better.

Ingredients for 2 sandwiches:

  • herring fillet 1/2 part (or 1 herring, which you cut yourself)
  • table mustard 1 tsp (to taste)
  • yolks from 2 eggs
  • milk 1/2 cup
  • sunflower oil 1 tbsp. l.
  • a little greenery for decoration - parsley, dill.

Do this:

  1. Cut the herring into 2 fillets, well pitted (you can buy ready-made fillets)
  2. Soak the fillet in milk for two hours.
  3. Cut a piece of baguette lengthwise into 2 pieces.
  4. Mash the yolks and add a little mustard, grind well with a fork, gradually adding sunflower oil.
  5. Spread this mixture on the bread.
  6. Remove the herring from the milk and cut it into pieces.
  7. Lay the herring on the slices of the buttered baguette.
  8. Put for 5 minutes in the oven at a temperature of 180 gr.
  9. Remove from oven and sprinkle with herbs.

Clue! In general, sometimes I cut herring in the evening, pour it with milk and put it in the refrigerator, and make sandwiches in the morning.

For this sandwich you will need:

  • baguette or other white bread
  • 1 egg
  • piece boiled chicken or smoked
  • a piece of any cheese,
  • ketchup or pasta
  • a piece of golden maggi broth (I sometimes add for flavor),
  • oil to grease the mold.

Clue! You don't have to buy chicken specially - you can use pieces from chicken soup.

The procedure is as follows:

  1. Cut the baguette in half lengthwise.
  2. Again, as in the already written goat cheese recipe (see above), we take out the crumb so that the edges remain.
  3. We tear the chicken (it’s better than cutting it - there won’t be a lot of “meat garbage”) into fibers.
  4. We spread the chicken billet in a cup, break the egg there and chop up a small piece of the bouillon cube.
  5. Mix everything well with a fork.
  6. Coat the bread with ketchup and put it in the form in which you will bake.
  7. We spread the chicken with the egg on it (it is most convenient to do this with a spoon).
  8. We put in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
  9. We take it out, sprinkle with cheese and send it to the oven for 5 minutes until it is ready.
  10. We connect the pieces - it turns out such a delicious pie!

CLUE! It’s easier to take sprat pate right away, but not everyone loves it ...

If, nevertheless, you have a jar of real sprats, then:

  1. You need to carefully knead the sprats with a fork in some kind of bowl,
  2. Squeeze garlic (to taste) 1-2 cloves there and mix.
  3. Cut off pieces from the baguette about 3 cm thick and spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on top of each piece (or whatever you like).
  4. Spread sprat pate in a thick layer and sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
  5. Place in the oven for 8 minutes at 180 degrees.

CLUE! I have an electric oven, so I put sandwiches in it right away. Who has an ordinary gas, it is better in a heated one. Oh, and check back from time to time...

Recipe for 3 servings:

  • 3 slices of wheat bread,
  • 3 tsp butter,
  • any fish fillet (I had perch),
  • 1 yolk,
  • 2 tbsp. l. grated cheese (I used Parmesan)
  • 1 st. l. bread crumbs,
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of tomato (ketchup is possible).

Ready? Begin:

  1. Cut off the crusts from slices of bread and spread a thin layer of butter on one side.

  3. Mix egg yolk with cheese and breadcrumbs.
