Cucumber sauce is a classic that came to us from the traditional Greek cuisine. This variation of the recipe is considered more "winter", so for sour cream sauce we will take pickled cucumbers (you can also pickle barrel ones), and fresh cucumbers are used in the “summer” recipe. How to cook sour cream sauce with pickled cucumber
