Shape the dough into small balls with your hands (approx. Walnut) and put them on a baking sheet covered with a silicone mat or parchment paper. The balls should be at a certain distance from each other - in the process of cooking they will begin to "swim", so try to make sure that the cookies do not come into contact later. From this amount of dough, I got 2 baking sheets - 26 oatmeal cookies.





We send the baking sheet to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 20 minutes. During this time, the cookies will take on a traditional shape and brown a little. The dough will harden on the outside but still be soft on the inside.
