Pour a portion of granulated sugar into the colored liquid, add refreshing mint leaves there. Boil for a few minutes, dissolve the sugar crystals. If you wish, you can not limit yourself to mint alone, you can add a little lemon balm, cinnamon or star anise, you can also add a little juice of any citrus. In any case, it all depends on your tastes and preferences.




Hot flavored drink we return to the jar, while we do not filter the mint. We tightly tighten the jar with a lid, immediately put it upside down and cover it with a blanket.
